This is my preferred Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. I have two options a lot closer to where I live, but this one typically gets my order correct so I do not mind the extra drive. They are rather quick and typically kind. The middle aged gentlemen who is usually at the window is always a pleasure to deal with. One time I did have a coffee that wasn’t made correctly and they fixed it upon my return. This is the only chink in their armor as far as I am concerned. It’s sad to see that not everyone has had similar success with them. For 10 plus years they have come through for me. When I show up for my Extra Large Hot Coffee with Cream and Sugar, the mixture is mostly perfect. I do not have that same consistency with their sister stores. Particularly the South Plaza Trail and Princess Anne Road location.

I always went through the drive thru and had bad experiences, but this time I went in and it was much better. My team at work are awesome and hard-working so I enjoy treating them to breakfast sometimes. Donuts are always a crowd pleaser. I prefer this location because it is close to my house and easy to access on my way. The donuts are always good, never greasy and it’s rare that they are sold out of anything. A dozen is not expensive, but it’s odd to me that a half dozen is only $ 4 but a dozen is like $ 12. Either way, going inside chamged my perspective of this place and from now on I will probably just avoid the drive thru and pop in.

I guess you would call this my «home location» since it’s the closest one to my house but I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite. It has been here for a very long time, and I’m glad to see it surviving with the new Starbucks settled in across the street! Anyway, some days they’d be out of certain items on the menu and it would happen quite often that I stopped coming.(I was glad when they opened up another location down the street but it’s still far from me, but that’s another story!) Aside from the typical drive thru traffic, I’ve never seen it busy inside, just like tonight. We were greeted by the two employees inside and the fella offered my sister a taste of whatever ice cream flavor she’d like. My mom ordered a hot toasted almond coffee, and I opted for a Jamocha scoop on a sugar cone — mmmm. Since my son has a friend spending the night with us I ordered a dozen of a variety of donuts. As I was walking out, I noticed a picture on the door of 3 new donuts, one of them being a Croissant Donut — aka CroNut!!! I had to turn around and ask the guy if they had any more. Unfortunately he said they had run out today. Surprise, surprise!!! We asked if it was really good and get this… He said, «I personally have not tried it because I’m not a coffee guy or a donut guy!» Excuse me, WHAT?! Did you just say what I think you said?! Ummm… ok! Lol!!! I mean, can’t knock the guy for his honesty but dang! You work in a coffee & donut shop, dude!!! He was still nice nonetheless. Another thing I noticed while here was«destination mugs» just like at Starbucks!!! I thought that was pretty cool!!! And last but not least, they offer free wifi here!!! P. S. Download the DD app!!!

When I actually get the right food and drink that I ordered, it’s fine. But the customer service here is the WORST I have experienced in over 5 states. ALWAYS. This is the only DD close to my house so I have no choice sometimes unless I want something else and the people I deal with in the drive through are rude and have attitude EVERYTIME myself or my husband go through. One morning they charged my card and then AFTER decided to tell me they didn’t have what I had ordered and asked if I wanted something different. Many times my donuts have been wrong or something has been forgotten in my drink.

I love Dunkin, sadly this is the closest to my house. Service isn’t the best… They’re nice but could use some more training on drinks and speed. Numerous occasions we play the guessing game as which will be the fastest route… After sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes it was enough…(There’s no way for the line to be long enough for this wait). I usually order a caramel iced latte and it comes out as a ice latte with no caramel. Super frustrating. I hope it gets better, or another one opens up soon!

The cold chocolate frosted sprinkle donut was a little bit dry and too sugary. To get a traditional indulgent donut, the quality has been higher at Krispy cream. For the indulgent cake style donut, we would recommend«Happy donuts».

The donuts and bagels are never fresh at this location! The last time we went for donut holes, they were clearly stale, and my friends toasted bagel was as hard as a croûton. Terrible! Their iced coffee flavors are good, but it’s like drinking creamer with a splash of coffee. I won’t waste my money here anymore. The only way I would return is if I have a coupon, and even then I can think of better ways to spend my .99 cents.

This Dunkin’ Donuts is the closest to my house, and I have been visiting here for over 15 years. My rating is based on years of bringing my kids here as they grew up on Sunday mornings, ordering some fresh donuts, and enjoying them with milk in the good-sized seating area. I guess the unfortunate part of being a ‘chain’ is that folks will only leave reviews when something goes wrong on a one-time occurrence. Folks really want to express their opinions, right?! I notice that in some of the reviews for this DD. Long story short, you can come in, get some nice real donuts(Not the ‘cake’ only option that some of the new places opening up offer) And again, over 15 years I have been here dozens of times. Service has been consistent and I have never had a bad experience. 4 stars with the traditional DD donuts!

Horrible service!!! I tried this location a couple of years ago and nearly got into it with the woman behind the counter for being overtly rude to my teenage son. I don’t think my kid is perfect but his only wrong doing was having long hair in her pressence. She was just a nasty person. Another employee had to jump in to get our order. I am usually I very understanding person as I have worked in the service industry but this pushed my limits. On my way out of town last week I decided to stop for a quick bagel and some much needed coffee. Surely my experience wouldn’t repeat itself. Well, it didn’t, it was worse! How on earth does it take over 15 minutes to order and receive the two simple items I mentioned? And they were out of dark roast! I had to say«hello» several times just to place my order. And I wasn’t even asked if I wanted anything other than a plain bagel and regular cream cheese. The workers inside left me sitting at the window for a few minutes before even taking my payment. And wow was my coffee overly sweet. I should have just driven off but I need a walking boot which I have to take off to drive and this was the only DD on the way. I really wanted good coffee but didn’t want to pay $ 6 and wanted drive-thru. I will NEVER stop here again. They entire staff should be fired.

Just horrible, 11 am and no bagels no rolls and no hot coco. Oh and no apologies. If you truly want good dunkin donuts go to the one on independence Blvd near Harris teeters.

Service sucks!!! It’s not kids either… grown adults early in the AM and I believe my rep made up his own pricing. So, a 99 cent coupon for a bagel and cream cheese went from $ 3.35(until I asked if my coupon was applied) to 99 cents and then(magically) 2 bucks even. The explanation was that I asked for extra cream cheese, which by the way was a lite spread of cream cheese(NOTEXTRA). NEVERAGAIN… the new one on Princess Anne is much nicer(place and people)!!! They also don’t treat you like you should just drive-on-thru and NOT stop!!! I could even try the Independence one closer to work… you just lost ONE!!!(Who knows could have been the plan-I think they believe they are a coffee shop)

Why pay $ 4 for your caffeine injection at the local *$ when you can pay $ 2 and get better taste and just as much«go juice» to go. And they have donuts! What’s not to love? Yep, even if you’re not a donut fan there are other sandwiches available. Muffins. And a full 31 flavors of ice cream too. I only stopped by for a coffee because the one I got nearby wasn’t very good. While the great DD flavor was there, my «milk and one sugar» had at least three sugars in there. Way too sweet but I didn’t notice until I’d already left and was on my way elsewhere. Bummer. Next time, I’ll put the sweetener in myself.

This dunkin donuts is the worst in customer service! There is a very rude guy in the drive thru that makes it seems like you are bothering him when you drive up. They are always out of something no matter the time of day and their coolatta machine is ALWAYS broken. Too bad this is the closest dunkin donuts to me. I’ll definitely not be returning

I am not usually one to review chains, but I need you guys to know something, aside from the fact that Dunks has the best coffee in the universe… The old dude who takes your order at the drive through seems like a TOTALDICK, so beware, but really, he’s not so bad. I had to find this out by yelling at him the other day and telling him to cool his jets and to stop acting like he was in an goddamn hurry because working at a doughnut shop does not entitle you to scream and act impatient and douchey to patrons. This was not my first time dealing with him, so after the 4th time of the same behavior, this feisty red-head had had enough. Low and behold he just laughed and said he was really sorry and gave me 2 free donuts. Fn Fyeah. Anyway aside from him, this DD in particular is fast, clean and pretty convenient, minus the median you have to flip a bitch around to get to or away from but whatever, that’s not their fault. I must also add that they knew what I meant when I said, «medium regular». so 10 cool points for that ;o)

Hit or miss, more often miss. Always check your order to make sure its right, unless you like throwing money away. I now avoid this location and go to one at Brennaman Farms. Only go sometimes cause my daughter loves the guy Mike in the drive thru. He’s great BTW.

If like me, your looking for a sugary item and its late at night. Dunkin donuts is your go to spot. Not only could you cure your hunger late at night, but this location is 24 hours. mind boggling to think that a sugar factory like dunkin could be open for that much, and tend to customer ice cream/donut needs during any time of the day. Service was provided to us by an elderly lady, who was very cooperative with us, and despite we were not the coordinative in ordering, she kept her cool and worked with us. Eventually we completed our orders, and it seems like she was working by herself possibly. But if she were, I give her props cause we didn’t wait too long for our order, especially if she was only working by herself. The menu that is featured at this location offers plenty of items for any of you sugary desire. From donuts to ice cream. There are numerous styles of donuts that they offer at thsi location. And when it comes to ice crea, they only find more ways to improve themselves. from ice cream smmothies, to ice cream in a cone(which they offer various styles of cones as well) overall, a great experience, with helpful service. prices are very reasonable at this location as well.

This location is average. I have gone in and had excellent service with delicious donuts and coffee(the coffee has never been and issue) and other times I have been given deformed donuts and even chocolate donuts that tasted burned. The burned flavor has only happened a couple of times in the past 7 years or so but we just got a box of deformed, half assed donuts a few days ago. Granted, they tasted the same and after you chew them it really doesn’t matter what they look like but it’s the principle. As far as the Baskin Robbins goes, never had a problem with the ice cream. Customer service is what it is. I have noticed most of the kids working in fast food are either poorly trained or just miserable working in fast food. Either way, sometimes the people are polite and other times they have no clue.

The place is hit or miss. It’s a hit for donuts or coffee. When I come in for either, the service is typically good and efficient. It’s usually a miss for the ice cream part at this particular location. When we go in for ice cream, the service and product available is spotty. It’s almost like a donut shop just decided on a whim to throw an ice cream freezer over in the corner just to see what happens. It’s clearly not their focus. We went in the other night for a chocolate shake and they were out of chocolate ice cream. WHAT? Out of chocolate ice cream? Isn’t that like McDonald’s being out of fries? Come on! Our ice cream experiences are typically disappointing, which is unfortunate since we love Baskin Robbins ice cream. So, to sum up, go for the donuts and coffee but beware if you want ice cream.
