History
Established in 2008.
Located in MDR, near Venice Beach. MOSTO enoteca opened fall 2008. The owners bring years of experience and authenticity.
Massimo Fubelli is from Rome, where he learned the ropes when he opened his family restaurant.
Chef Fabrizio Giorgi is from Rimini where he attended culinary school and worked in the kitchens of hotels and distinguished restaurants.
Tucked under their belts now are 20 years of experience in the LA restaurant business, 28 years overall. MOSTO enoteca boasts authentic Northern Italian cuisine. «Fresh» is the keyword here and it is what makes the menu’s offerings truly outstanding. Handmade pasta and desserts are made fresh in the kitchen DAILY. The result: delicate and fulfilling mouthfuls of Italian goodness.
The main dining room is cozy and humming with contentment. The private room that holds 16-seated guests and 30 standing, offers the perfect dining room setting. Expect the outdoor patio to be bustling in the warmth of Southern CA.
