Vibul School of Painting

I’ve been taking painting lessons from Vibul for a few years, and think he’s the greatest art teacher! Each lesson is fun, relaxing, inspiring, & informative! My painting has improved immensely since I’ve been studying with him! I used to go to Brentwood Art Center, but find Vibul’s prices much better… and I learn so much more from him! He teaches at your own pace, and in whatever painting style you wish to learn. I highly recommend Vibul, and am so happy my friend referred me to him! Happy Painting!

I call him uncle Vibul because I have known him since I was 10 years old. He and my mother taught art at the same college. I can not say enough how much I owe him for teaching me the foundations and tricks of the trade. I am a fierce painter today because of his excellent mentoring and tutoring. I took many private lessons with him as a child and prior to applying to the MFA program. Since I did not major in art for undergrad, I need intensive training. I flew from the Bay Area to studying with him on weekends. Just 4 weekends was enough to set me on the right path to success. Surely, I applied to 4 grad programs in the Bay Area and was accepted to 2 of them! I chose SJSU. Not I run a successful art school in Pleasanton CA. I found uncle’s note on painting today and it almost brought tears to my eyes.
