Kelley Baker Brows

I was going to a place in the Marina to get my brows done and the girl I went to left, so I went to her replacement and she messed up my brows. So needless to say, I needed a new place to go. I saw Zoe and she did an amazing job and my brows seriously looked the best they have ever looked. She even taught me how to fill my brows in and shape them because I’m a newbie to this brow game. :)

Ordered from their site & was unhappy w/​one of the product. They like to say return are hassle free. I tried to get an exchange & no response. Emailed them & still no response. Terrible customer’s service. And honestly their concealer pen isn’t all that. I can get the same results using any other concealer & even a eye shadow highlighter. The eyebrow powder really isn’t worth all that money. Doesn’t last long.

This review is for Giselle! After doing my research and discovering Giselle’s work on IG, I made the decision to grow out my brows (ladies, you know how hard this process is!!) just so I can get them done by her. I told myself if I was able to get thru it, my reward would be coming to KBB! So fast forward. 4 months. I did just that!
I don’t know if there are enough words to describe how amazing Giselle’s work is. Her precision and attention to detail is always on point and I love that she owns being a perfectionist. Not to mention, she is the sweetest ever! It makes me almost thankful that I went thru having thin and sparse brows in my teen years to appreciate the good full brow Giselle has got me to now. Being that I live in the Bay Area, it does get a little difficult to come and see her, but when I do, she is always super accomodating. One of my best friends even decided to grow her eyebrows out after she came with me to one of my appointments, and yes, she did end up getting them done and loves hers just as much :) Most people say i’m crazy for driving or flying the miles just for eyebrows, but trust me, once you get your eyebrows blessed by Giselle, you won’t want to go anywhere else! xoxo

Giselle did my brows and they look amazing! I grew them out for 5 months because my old brow lady messed them up big time but I never would have thought they would end up looking this good!

Okay so I believe brows can make or break you. Well my brow game just went up that much more. Thanks Michelle for seriously being so awesome. I only Unilocal when I have an amazing experience or a really bad one. I however use Unilocal for everything and Michelle is beyond deserving of this review. I’m sad that I live in the Bay Area but I honestly would come here once a month to have her do my brows. #ifyoudontknownoyouknow

It’s a consistently good brow experience. No breakouts from wax after which almost always happens on my sensitive skin. Michelle did my brows this time and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend her.
My only complaint is the super high turnover rate here! I find a brow diva I love only to lose them a few months later. Also, the price is a tad high for the service you could receive elsewhere. Also parking is a labyrinthian nightmare so good luck with that.
Right now, the price is worth the breakout free skin and shapely brows.

I’m torn, because I genuinely love the way kelley shapes my brows. But the last two times I tried booking an appointment… My appointment went missing, and each time the manager blamed it on switching their booking programs:. Which is a lie because they still use mind body… Awkward

My brows look great! Giselle was super sweet while cleaning up what my eyes couldn’t see, but I sure could see the difference. She showed me how to use the fab four kit, and I really like the highlighter part of it. In all my years of having eyebrows, I never did that lil’ trick. Poof! Awesome brows! Thanks to Giselle, and to the beautiful receptionist with the awesome hair that told me her name but (oops) I forgot (sorry)!

Kelly Baker knows how to market the hell out of her brand. I fell for her Instagram marketing hook, line and sinker.
After months of drooling over the crisp arches and flawless shaping (and buying her products!) I finally bit the bullet and scheduled myself an appointment despite living 2.5 hours away. Yes Kelly Baker, I loved you so much that I took the 99 to the 5 to the 405 for you.
And Unfortunately, it wasn’t love. I wasn’t impressed by your shop or the service. Your front desk staff was less than friendly (ok, they were not actually friendly at all) and your brow divas were good, but not $ 55 good. The girl doing lash extensions in the chair next to mine sounded friendly and talkative, so that was a plus, but everyone else was so quiet and well, boring.
Ive had just as good work done on my brows for $ 7 at my local threading place. What I will say is that your divas are great make-​up artists. The gal I got, whose name I don’t even know because she didn’t introduce herself, showed me how to use the highlight pencil and fill my brows in so they look natural. I did appreciate that help, but I just can’t see how it was worth $ 55.
I wish it was love, but I guess like most online love affairs, it was mostly just lust.

So many great thing about this place! Kelley has totally outdone herself, not only is she a master of her craft but the divas she has doing eyebrows and lashes are also wonderful. After looking through pictures, Gizelle’s work stood out for my needs and did not disappoint. I’m pretty sure all the other divas are great too but thanks Gizelle!

I’m obsessed with making my eyebrows perfect. I thought they were as good as they would get and I came here just to have them cleaned up and I was proven wrong. They had never looked better! Giselle is amazing.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and my brow diva Giselle is AMAZING!!! Honestly, I was scared to get my brows done somewhere because I’ve had bad experiences in the past, but I’m so glad I gave this place a try and even more glad I got Giselle! I literally won’t go anywhere else! She takes her time and shapes them perfectly while also letting me know what needs to grow out and what will help my brows look perfect! Thank you Giselle for blessing my brows!

Didn’t get my eyebrows done by Kelly can’t remember the girls name that did my eyebrows they looked really nice when I walked out of the salon because they use some gel and brush them up but after a couple hours that’s gone and they don’t look the same also your first visit is $ 50 and every time after that I believe it’s 45 and I think that’s just a little too much for eyebrows

I found out about KBB about 4 years ago IG. I always wanted to go get my brows done there but it’s a little more expensive than I’m used to paying (they charge $ 45 and the lady that usual did mine charges $ 20) and about an hour away from where I live. Well after my local eyebrow artist messed up my brows, I decided I was going to make the drive. I did my IG research and picked which brow diva I wanted to do my eyebrows. I let my eyebrows grow in for 4 months (yes, 4 long months) and made an appointment with Giselle.
I arrived to the studio 25 minutes early as KBB’s website says allow 20 minutes for parking and new client paperwork. I parked in the residential neighborhood behind the studio. The new client paperwork was just a 1 page waiver. Giselle was already ready for me. I Sat in her chair at 6:55, appt was for 7:15 and that’s when the amazingness happened. She laid me back and began her assessment. That process alone was more thorough than I’ve ever experienced. She pointed out all the differences in my eyebrows and explained that she would do her best to make them even. The entire process took about 40 minutes. Mind you, my eyebrows were completely grown back so she had to start from scratch. She was EXTREMELY thorough. She trimmed, waxed, trimmed again, tweezed, trimmed again and tweezed and so on until they were perfect. She finished up and offered to fill them in but I didn’t feel that part was necessary. When I saw my eyebrows, I wanted to cry. They have never been so perfect. They are so even and beautiful.
Giselle needs to change her IG name from Browizgiz to MiraclesByGiz. She is so sweet and extremely thorough. After last nights experience, no one else will ever be touching my eyebrows. I made a follow up appointment before I left.
I highly recommend Giselle and KBB studio.

I’ve been coming here for a while now I used to have Mercedes do my brows and I loved her we were growing then out in all the right places. Last time I came I was caught off guard she doesn’t work there anymore. I decided to go with another girl because it was desperate time to get them done. She was really sweet. In the middle of my brows she tells me she’s 20 and she’s only been working there a short time. I start to get nervous. I know age is just a number but my brows have come a long way to have someone brand new to the brow game doing them. When I left they looked fine since they were filled in but now I can see that she trimmed them in all the wrong places waxed in places I’ve been growing out. I won’t be going back. Not worth the money.

Cassie is amazing! I’m trying to grow out my brows and she gave me great tips for what to do and cleaned them up perfectly! It was a little hard to find and on a busy street so be sure to get there a little early to find parking. The salon is so beautiful and nice inside, it’s like a little hole in the wall gem! I didn’t expect it to be so great by just walking by. I will definitely be back!
I just found out that they are doing eyelash extensions!!! Yes my one stop shop is complete.
I will be seeing Leanna next weekend!!!

Giselle is truly an artist! I am super pleased with my brows, she left them gorgeous!!! She took her time and understood how I like them right away!!! It was my first time here but I will definitely be coming back with her!!!

I have always had trouble finding a «good eyebrow lady» but for years they never seemed to get it right. One would be higher than the other, uneven, or super thin. Every once in awhile they would look ok… but NEVER perfect.
Eventually I found Kelley Baker Brows on Instagram and fell in brow love! I made an appointment and was set up with Giselle. She takes her time and is a SUPER perfectionist. When she’s done, I am more than pleased every time!

It’s appointment only just a note. I would highly recommend you to come here if you need your eyebrows to be saved! And I’m not exaggerating at all. I got my eyebrows done by Cass and she’s a life saver. I told her how I previously got them threaded by another lady and one eyebrow looked a whole new shape while the other had too much arch. She asked me what I wanted some which was a full natural thickness which looks the best and she gave me exactly what I asked for and even helped me fixed the errors the last lady made. Cass gave me a tip on the areas that needed to be left alone and grow out which is wonderful! Loved my experience with her (: you should definitely check out this place when you have the time! They will help you save your precious babies!!!
