Let me start by saying that Laura provided the best customer service to me and my family that anyone could ask for under any circumstance.
.Laura (and Jeff) represented my family in the sale of a property which was complicated not only by a death, reverse mortgage, and trust, but involved disagreeing family members. (Thanks to Mr. Bernie Madoff I might add).
There was a vast amount of work, constant deadlines, a timeline in which we faced the possibility of foreclosure and emotions running wild. In retrospect, I am even more impressed with Laura and her professionalism. Not only did she remain on top of each and every issue, but most importantly, continued to communicate with family members individually. She did so in a manner which ensured each of us felt «in the loop». Phone calls, texts, and emails ALWAYS promptly returned. She kept her cool, kept our peace and forged ahead.
The end result was a bidding war in which we received 5% over asking and a 45 day escrow which closed on time. Granted, the timing, location and scarcity played a factor. But, I am convinced, nobody could have done a better job than Laura did.

I never had ANY respect for realtors. Let’s see, bored with their low level jobs, a few weekends at a review course and voila, there they are negotiating million dollar deals. As they say — «Gimme a break», or perhaps a brake.
BUT
Laura changed all of my preconceptions.
Incredibly professional. Knowledgeable. Prepared. Thorough. A superb negotiator with an eye for details.
I never thought I’d consider a realtor as a top notch professional, but my eyes have been opened.

After having worked with 3 different real estate agents, I will never work with anyone other than Jeffrey. It is a night and day difference in the quality of service and overall experience. Selling or Buying is tremendously stressful even when you are excited for a new chapter in your life, but Jeffrey makes that process a wonderful and smooth experience. He provides a clear overview of the process, highlighting what to expect at every stage and offers guidance throughout. I really felt that I had someone in my corner, watching out for my best interests. Furthermore, his support team was amazing — from their communication and professionalism to their sincere and personable disposition. My other 2 agent experiences pale in comparison.

I used Jeffrey and Laura to purchase my first home in Santa Monica. I started as a complete newbie to the property market and they educated me on the entire process. I felt very comfortable every step of the way and they were always available to answer any questions, issues or concerns. They were always punctual, honest, reliable and handled everything with complete professionalism. Over a number of months we viewed various properties and when the perfect condo came up we moved swiftly to make an offer. It was a multiple offer situation and through Jeffrey’s negotiations my offer was accepted. Laura facilitated our first-​ever home buying experience. She took a long, intimidating process and broke everything into smaller steps, walking us through each step one at a time, and continually telling us what was coming next. Throughout the process, we literally had hundreds of questions, some of which we asked six or seven times, and Laura answered every single one with the utmost patience (even when she had already answered it before). No question was too small, too involved, or too repetitive.
Laura is extremely approachable and easy to work with, but she’s also super tough at the negotiating table. She helped us secure a deal that we never thought was possible and that put us in our dream home. Our property had been on and off the market for several years with multiple top realtors. All our previous agents sounded the same in pitch meetings, making similar promises but unfortunately failing to deliver.
Jeffrey, however, was patient, having first met with us a year or so before we chose to list with him. He never pressured us, but he didn’t dismiss us when we had questions but weren’t ready to list right away.
Once we started working with Jeffrey and Laura, we noticed many differences. The first was Jeffrey and Laura brought in a consumer psychologist to stage the property. The expert advice on de-​cluttering, small repairs and re-​arranging furniture made a big impact and, combined with the professional photography and floor plans, made our listing stand out.
Many realtors we worked with in the past fell down on the basics — feedback, communication, weekly updates and follow through. Jeffrey and Laura excelled at the basics while also creating a great marketing plan for our home.
Jeffrey and Laura were great about working through different strategies with us. They didn’t simply say «yes» to us to try to keep our business, but they didn’t steamroll over our strategy either.
Ultimately, they sold our property and helped us to move on to the next chapter of our life.

First off I have to say that Laura is an amazing real estate agent. When my wife and I first met Laura she spent a few hours with us walking through the local markets and helping us define a strategy for purchasing a home. She provided us with personalized suggestions of places on the market and made sure we knew about upcoming open houses. She routinely went with us to open houses and answered any questions we had. Laura is very professional and is always a quick call, text, or email away. She’s great when it comes to putting together offers, explaining the offer details, and is an effective negotiator. Back in 2011 a close friend had recommended Jeffrey Fritz to us, when we had just started going to our first open houses. She couldn’t have done us a greater favor: Jeffrey turned out to be amazingly helpful, knowledgable and patient in guiding us on the journey to our first home purchase. And patient he was indeed: it took us a whopping 18 months from beginning to close of escrow. Jeffrey always put in the extra effort, regardless of time or day, talking to the listing agents, pulling comps from previous sales and more to help us determine the real value of a home and what to put into our first offers. Making offers and counter offers on home also turned out to be extremely simple and pain-​free: thanks to digital signing everything could be done via email. When we finally opened escrow Jeffrey and Laura went the extra miles to help making sure that process would go as smoothly as possible by organizing appointments with inspectors, making many, many calls to all the involved parties and always having an open ear for our concerns and questions. Now, about 2 months after close of escrow, the remodeling almost behind us and move-​in date set we realize: We couldn’t have done it without Jeffrey and Laura.
