WheelKraft NW provides a High Quality Alloy Wheel Refinishing Service Right at our Customer’s Location. One of our Professionally Trained Technicians will visit the Dealership, Service Center or Customers Home and Restore Most Damaged Wheels to Like New Condition.

Your Wheels are Removed From the Vehicle, and Placed On a Specially Designed, Prep Station/​Paint Booth Inside our Self Contained Reconditioning Service Van. The Wheels are Carefully Repaired, Prepped, Primed, Painted and Finally Clear Coated Giving the Wheel a Like New Appearance. The Wheels are Allowed to Cure Under Infra Red Lamps for a short Time and Placed Back on Your Vehicle Where it is Ready For Use. WheelKraft NW utilizes high quality PPG paint products for a Durable Finish. Total time required to repair the average wheel is about one hour and our work is 100% guaranteed for the life of the original owner.

Traveled to Seoul Korea to staff a Woodbadge Course, Philmont New Mexico to hike 75 miles, Climbed to the top of Mt Adams, Stayed in a snow cave on Mt Rainier, Kayaked for a week on Hood Canal and so many other things its hard to remember.

After hitting a pothole, blowing tire and bending my 20″ chrome rim, they repaired it back to great shape in a day and a half. Really appreciate it because the alternative would be to buy a new set of rims since mine had been discontinued. Highly recommended!

To sum it up, the owner was rude and provided poor customer service. After the repair, the wheel looked good but had some dust trapped under the paint in various locations, at least 3 – 4 rises in the paint. I tried scraping one off with a finger nail and it chipped off leaving a comparable imperfection in its place. I was quoted $ 50 less over the phone than in person… bait and switch. I will not be doing business with them again. (see below for more info)
I called in to get a quote on the phone and was quoted $ 75 to repair my wheel, I was shopping around. When I showed the wheel to the gal in the office, she then told me it was going to be around $ 125… I was blown away, I asked her why she had quoted me $ 75 on the phone and she explained that it was only to weld the wheel but not to straighten it. She then went on to explain that more often than not wheels that crack need some form of straightening. I was quite frustrated that she had not included this information when I called in and explained that my wheel had cracked and needed repair.
Now this isn’t a huge deal, a simple miscommunication on her part… but then the owner came out and told me that he was 100% positive she would NEVER quote $ 75 to repair a crack. Kind of frustrating when I know what she said and he wasn’t part of the call. He went on to explain that $ 75 was what their welder charges them to simply weld the wheel, not what it takes to do the job. He told me that he didn’t care what I did, he could fix the wheel for $ 125 or I could go elsewhere.
Being that I was already there I left the wheel to be repaired and paid extra to have the face of the wheel resurfaced. To be fair, the wheel looks decent and the weld has held up, but in my opinion the owner has a bad attitude. Wheelkraft NW is not somewhere I would do business with again.

Never been so stoked to write a review for a business. Actually joined Unilocal just to leave a solid review for Pat, and the awesome employees of WheelKraft NW. After smashing into a wall while getting a little tail-​happy on one of my favorite drift roads, I looked all over to find someone to repair my extremely-​rare, super expensive Japanese wheels. Finding another was practically impossible, and after searching for 6 months for another wheel, and getting turned down by 2 other Portland wheel repair businesses, I got in touch with Pat, who repaired wheels for the Toyota Dealership I used to work for.
Pat did everything that he could to fix my wheel (including shipping it, at no cost to me, to another wheel repair place somewhere in… Texas, I think? Or California?) I eventually was able to fins another wheel in Canada with horrible offset. Willing to take on any of my crazy projects, Pat and his team currently have my gorgeous 3-​piece wheels and re-​barreling the one to suit my aesthetic desires.
I have a bad habit of falling in love with rare, and out-​of production wheels. I usually find them in less-​than-​awesome condition, with road-​rash, curb kisses, and often bent. WheelKraft has straightened and repaired 2 sets of my wheels, and are now currently repairing a 3rd. I have recommended them to countless people, and will continue to do so because of their amazing service, and great prices. I am your average hard-​working, Portland-​dwelling girl in my 20s barely scraping by to pay my rent and feed myself, yet I am able to keep up with my fancy wheel habit thanks to Pat and his team.
Never going anywhere else, I love WheelKraft NW!

I worked for a luxury car dealership that used Wheelkraft as their wheel repair vendor. Steve is a master at his job. He gets his job done in no time and does it phenomenally well. They cannot do a simple repair to a powder-​coated wheel. When I brought it back to bring up legitimate concerns, one of the employees cursed me out. No respect. I would suggest you find another, more reputable shop.

I recently used WheelKraft NW after I scratched our LR4’s new black wheels. The back right tire got a little too close to a curb in our neighborhood and was pretty scratched up. :-(I called as soon as they were open on a Monday and due to a cancellation they were able to get me in at 7am on Tuesday. Russ was great and I’ll call him for any future wheel damage. He came right to my home and in 1 hour, my tire was good as new. He was friendly and professional and I’ll certainty call him again. Highly recommend WheelKraft NW!
