Up till today I was a weekly customer. This is the third time in a row I show up and the service is glacier slow. I am in here right now and there are 4, literally 4 plates of sushi on the conveyor. I used to enjoy c9ming here bad sadly this will be my last day.

I have been coming here for years. I’ve always enjoyed the food and I’ve gotten to know the chefs well. I always get exactly what I ask for and don’t have to wait to long. They recently hired new staff at the counter and these ladies were impressive and hard working for being new. I come here every weekend when I visit from Seattle. Five stars.

I don’t understand all the hate this place receives. First of all, you’re paying for conveyor belt sushi so you can’t expect or compare it to restaurant quality. If I want good, fast sushi without having to spend over $ 30 for two people like I normally would, I go here every time and I’m never disappointed. Sure décor is kinda shabby and it’s not the cleanest place around but you’re getting good food for a good price. What more do you really need?

DONOTGOTOTHISPLACE! THEYHAVECOCKROACHES!!! My family and I were in the Vancouver Mall area and had never heard of this place before. Since we were all hungry and it was close, we figured why not? BIGGESTMISTAKE. To start off, the service was rushed. An older blonde lady appeared very stressed out and rushed us to our table. We did not feel welcomed ATALL, in fact I don’t think she smiled even once. But that is NOTHING compared to what happened next. My son was about to eat a random roll he chose from the conveyor belt, but then he asked me «Mommy is this a bug?» while pointing at his food. I quickly grabbed the plate and examined it and I was HORRIFIED! There, on my sons plate, was a small cockroach just crawling around on the food. I immediately showed the cooks, and they QUICKLY grabbed it away from me while saying«sorry». And that was it. It DIDNOT seem to phase them! Could this be because THEYALREADKNEWABOUTIT? They were looking around the whole time I was showing them, making sure others did not hear me… it was obvious that they were trying to keep it a secret. As I was getting ready to leave, I looked down and there was another COCKROACH crawling by my feet! NASTY! I brought it to the attention of the other waitress(younger brunette lady) and told her that we were leaving. She apologized and gave us a discount, but if you ask me, we shouldn’t have paid ANYTHING! I told her that I would be contacting a health department. I hope the owners of this place know that they can BESUEDFORTHIS! Long story short, COCKROACHESINFESTTHEPLACE! SPREADTHEWORD! I DON’T WANTPEOPLEGETTINGSICK!

Been eating here for a few yrs, Food are good, Services are hit and miss. Saw them slice a fresh salmon a few times, so I know their salmon are very fresh. If you are not too sure whether the food on the belt are fresh, just order one directly from the sushi chiefs, they are always happy to make you some fresh ones. My personal favorite are the volcano roll, ichi roll, dragon roll and the calamari.

I wish I could have the same love for this place that I used to, but they don’t even really try to be good anymore. Every once in a great while I’ll stop in again when I am feeling too lazy to drive to Portland. Every time I am disappointed. Last time I went I ordered baked mussels and literally received a mussel topped with gobs of mayo. Not even spicy mayo. Just straight nasty mayo and they didn’t even bother to throw a few green onions on it. Anyways, avoid this place like the plague unless you’re desperate and literally can’t get sushi from anywhere else. They used to be really good here, and I’m sad it had to change.

My husband and I went to Sushi Factory on Sunday around dinner time. We sat down in a booth and ordered beverages. I looked down and near my foot on the ground I see a large cockroach. Now I wish I would have snapped a photo. We immediately got up and left. I won’t be back! If a cockroach is crawling around on the floor during the dinner rush, then I hate to think what’s going on back in the kitchen, or on the tables at night. DISGUSTING!

This was terrible sushi, and I am not even very picky about my sushi. The server/hostess was a very nice young lady(hence the 2 stars) but the sushi had definitely made rounds around the conveyor belt like… all day. The fish was warm and too soft like it had been sitting out for a long time. My husband and I were both sick that night. We tried this place because Oishi across the street is closed on Sundays so we have decided we just won’t have sushi on Sundays anymore and that’s ok. Yuck!

Pretty decent food and friendly service. Fresh orders come quick and are very tasty. I have been to better sushi places for sure and this one is good enough for a return visit.

Not sure why this place gets such a bad wrap!!! In my opinion this is 1 or the only 2 places we go every weekend for sushi. Here and Eastland!!! Both are great… there’s a lot of talk about the décor not being up to par… it’s just ok but we don’t come here for décor… we rarely have to wait long to get what want… i say check them out if haven’t!

This has to be the worst place for sushi in the Vancouver Mall area. I stopped by anyways because it’s cheap and you get what you pay for I guess. It’s conveyor belt sushi and most items look like they have been around the block for a while but you can also order items directly from the chefs or from a waitress to ensure the freshy fresh. I decided the fish today looked a little on the gamey side and ordered a Chicken Katzu directly from the waitress instead. I buried my head in a book and 5 minutes later I looked up to see the waitress walk out with my food. She then handed the plate to another waitress who walked it right past me and threw it into a dirty dish bin. «That certainly couldn’t have been my food», I thought. Even though it looked like a pristine plate of Chicken Katzu. When the waitress came back I again ordered a Chicken Katzu and she said, «Sure, another Chicken Katzu!», as if I had eaten the first one. I pretended like I didn’t see them throw the first plate away and I hope the second plate wasn’t the first plate taken out of the dirty dish bin but I have my suspicions.

I eat sushi every day for lunch and this place is by far the best conveyer sushi in Vancouver. It has the best prices and the best service. The main sushi chef is kind of shot I can remember his name but he is absolutely amazing. He greats me with my favorite roll every time when I walk in and he goes over the top to make everyone’s experience the best it can be

Not the best conveyer sushi place in town. Not as big of a selection as sushi Hana on mill plain or the sushi place in the mall. However, the prices are cheaper than either of those places. The service was okay. I did have to ask for spicy mayo 3 times before they finally gave me a some on the side.

Not the best place in town, but not bad enough to avoid either. Been going to this place for years now(and have never gotten food poisoning.) Service is usually friendly and kind enough to provide an order sheet if needed. Of course, they usually forget one or two items, but I’ve usually eaten so much by that point that I don’t care. One thing I’ve seen in other reviews is refills on drinks. I asked about this once, and they are not provided unless you pay extra. All in all, don’t expect a 5 star restaurant; it’s cheap conveyor belt sushi for pete’s sakes.

Like other reviewers said, there’s no greeting and service is slow to refill drink. But the sushi is pretty good and the chef is accommodating to special requests, something other sushi places lack. True to PDX style, they’re also blaring bad 80s over the speakers. I say give them a try if you’re wanting a special roll and you’re patient.

This was literally the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. First off when we walked in no one greeted us so we just sat our selves. Then it took about 25 minutes to get water after we had already eaten. The food itself was the worst part about the whole experience. Everything consisted of the same 4 ingredients: IMITATION crab… Yes disgusting, some sort of very old fish, rice and seaweed. But to top it off they put some random sauce on everything to make it actually have flavor. After we had been sitting for about 40 minutes to get our bill we decided to just get up and tell our waitress what we had and leave as soon as possible. Also this has to be thee worst sushi place décor I’ve ever seen. Literally looked dirty.

This place had the worst sushi I’ve ever had. Even sushi from a grocery store deli was better. I didn’t just pick plates off of the belt either. I ordered chicken teriyaki, because that is simple and hard to ruin. I was wrong! The chicken tasted cheap and previously frozen. The rice wasn’t cooked all the way. Needless to say, I left hungry. I paid for my sushi, but not for the teriyaki bowl that I couldn’t eat more than one bite of. Hopefully this place won’t be around long. There is a place inside the mall with similar prices, better service and much better food. There is also Oishi Sushi nearby that is more spendy, but has phenomenal sushi. Don’t settle for this place!
