Took the vette in, they were careful and accurate.

I was on my way to the airport when something flew in front of me on the freeway and got lodged under my car. It started making a popping sound and shaking my whole car. I saw Jiffy Lube, pulled in and asked Michael if he could take a look. They were closed, and I’m sure dying to get home, but he not only pulled my car in to take a look, he also drove around in it with me so he could hear the problem (he couldn’t see anything wrong).
Turns out, whatever it was must’ve fallen loose while getting here.
Michael even checked my oil! I am so grateful and I really appreciate this kind of customer service. Is this Jiffy Lube location the closest to me? No. But I will be making it my go-​to.

From the guy who signed me up to the people who worked on my car, everyone was very knowledgable and polite. They even went above and beyond to repair a chip on my windshield without charging me despite my insurance company’s computer on the fritz. They even took the liberty to vacuum my vehicle! I’ll definitely come back here for my oil changes in the future.

Took my car in for an oil change and they were awesome! Not only was I in and out in no time, but the guys were all very helpful and extremely nice. They took the time to inform me of a tiny rock chip in my windshield and repaired for free, and took off an extra $ 5 off my bill for having me wait an extra 5 minutes. Awesome customer service, and thank you to the gentlemen that made sure to beat me back to my car to open my door as I got in! You guys are the best!

Great fast service for a good price. And these guys made it happen pretty quick and are open at the convenient times. Great customer service with several people working on your car at the same time.

The oil was changed. they are always trying to upsell, but that is their job. They left greasy handprints all over hood and broke a pair of sunglasses while vacuuming out the car, lucky they were my spare pair. They are good in a pinch… just make sure to check things before leaving

These guys were so nice and helpful! I got my oil changed and it was very quick.
I think my only real complaint with Jiffy Lube in general is how much they and sell you on things you really don’t need and even more so when you area woman that isn’t really familiar with cars. I always walk out and feel like I have been taken advantage of.
Always a great car service though.

Went to this Jiffy Lube at around 11:30 AM on a Wednesday. When I knew shall he pulled up they directed me in, after I stop they then told me to turn off my car and go wait in the lobby. They didn’t offer me to stay in my car, but I opted to anyways. They didn’t bother checking any of my lights are signals.
As I was sitting there they begin doing the normal routine opening of the hood checking things out. They asked me for my mileage. The first gentleman that approach my window did not introduce himself he grabbed the sticker off my windshield and begin going to the computer. He came back and said last time you had conventional oil do you want to stick with that. I said yes and that was the end of the conversation.
When the oil change was over, they came back and told me that the Oil change was going to be $ 29.95. When I said no one told me that, and your sign says it’s only $ 21.99 he proceeded to tell me that he did mention it and insinuated I was a liar. Shortly after another gentleman came in and told me that the first gentleman was having a bad day and he himself didn’t hear him mention the price. He apologized on behalf of his manager.
Would never go back here again. Worst service ever. Very rude, and disrespectful.

Drove here from Hockinson based on the Unilocal reviews. I wasnt disappointed. They were fast but thorough and very friendly despite being short staffed for a busy Sunday. I will be back!

I will start with positives. Quick, attentive staff. Well kept waiting area with complimentary coffee. Now the cons. Overly pushy staff, almost passively aggressive up-​sell tactics (bringing in dirty air filter for you to look at, showing you «recommended» service/​replacement schedules for random parts, pushing synthetic oil for a higher rate. They throw one thing after another at you in the hopes that they can tack on another 20, 30, or 40 bucks to your otherwise cheap oil change. What the dealer will do for 30 – 50 bucks, Jiffy Lube will try to do for 100+. So, 3 stars because they are proficient and quick, but I don’t enjoy the overly pushy atmosphere – so I won’t be returning.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated Saturday. Best Customer Service in town, thanks Noah for getting it done!

Oil change. Nice staff. I told them I’ll check the other stuff/​fluids myself. They did try to sell me on fixing a burned out marker light, I know its burned out. I told them I’m upgrading to leds soon. This is the place to go for a basic oil change. All I had time for was to drink a free cup of hot coffee, and they were done in a jiffy. Pennzoil 6 qts SAE 10w30 SN, and a filter. I could not have bought cheaper at a store.

The basic oil change is all you need don’t let them talk you into $ 60+ synthetic motor oil. Unless you are a race car driver you don’t need that stuff. I have driven vehicles over 225,000+ miles on «conventional» motor oil. The motor oils of today are so advanced just change every 6,000 miles (at most), your car will start to fall apart before the engine does. Also high mileage oil is a marketing scheme. Why is 75,000 high mileage in today’s standards…
Use a little higher viscosity of regular oil if you have to. Like 15w30 or 20w40.
Wall-​mart lube shop did not have 10w30 so I came here and it was cheaper too.

Professional, fast service! The guys were great, clean waiting room w coffee and tea available. Full service oil change and they didn’t try to upsale they only gave recommendations. I will definitely return for my next service.

The guys at the Mill Plain store in Vancouver are always kind and answer questions without hesitation, honestly. I wouldn’t trust my high performance car to anyone else.

When I arrived the crew had no other customers. Very excited to see me, within a few minute at least 4 other cars showed up. The workers were very active, respectful, & enthusiastic.
Brandon took me aside to discuss what service I wanted. He showed me a number of more in depth services, beyond the simple oil change I came in for. Radiator flush ($ 149), brake fluid ($ 89), air conditioning ($ 129), tire rotation ($ 25)
Beside an oil change the other pressing need I had was a tire rotation & new windshield wipers.
I tried to negiotiate the getting the most expensive service (Radiator $ 149) If he threw in the tire rotation for free… he declined, but said the tire rotation comes free with the brake fluid… so I took it. I was shown my ph level in my radiator was apparently at a bad level so I also agreed for that service a bit later.
Brandon told me it would take about 20 minutes. I had all evening, was in no hurry, so it wasn’t an issue for me, but it ended up taking 45 minutes, maybe even 1 hour. Again, I was expecting that amount of time, and was a bit surprised of his 20 minute estimate, but he might do better to be more realistic.
Everything got done, but I noticed my tired weren’t changed. As the final guy finished my radiator service walked me in to check out, I brought up the tire rotation. He says Brandon never put it on the work ticket (I thought it came standard with the brake service) and besides, their lift wouldn’t work with my newer model vehicle.
He did knock off $ 10 for the lack of tire rotation, which was a small, but meaningful gesture. I would have declined the $ 89 brake fluid service had I known the tire rotation weren’t included.
In the end I will go back. The crew’s enthusiasm was great.

Excellent Customer Service. Staff is Efficient, Friendly, to the point and greeted me quickly. I was in and out in no time at all!

Everyone who helped me was professional, courteous, and expedient. I rated 4 instead of 5 stars only due to the price. It was a little more than I had really wanted to spend on the services rendered. However, I stuck with it because of the stellar employees and their being able to get my car back to me in 20 minutes. I’ll likely come here again.
