SUPER fast AND friendly service. I am loyal to another shop for everything with my cars, but I needed an oil change today and they were booked solid. My Fiancé raved about Autumn’s in the past so I went there. I was not disappointed. The men that worked on my car were amiable, informative, and speedy.

After my good experience, my wife went to Autumn’s yesterday to have the oil changed in her Jeep. Over the years we have come to expect an unpleasant experience when she visits oil change shops. This did not happen at Autumn’s, no warnings, no hard sell, just respectful, good service. My wife was very impressed, finally an oil change shop that does not try to take advantage of a woman, very refreshing. We will be back

Aside from the dealer, Autumn, Matt and Eric are the only people who touch my cars. Great conversation, great pricing and always honest.
Note: the bad reviews here are all for mechanic work and high pricing. This is first a lube shop, then light mechanic work can be done as well. They always do it right and for the price they state. When it’s something they’d rather not do, they will send you to another local shop.

These guys are awesome! I had to Drive to Medford and I had to get my transmission fluid changed immediately. After about 15 phone calls and denials due to the short notice, These guys took me in right away. They explained everything that they were going to do, and told me they were going to take it for a test drive because I was about to get on the road for 300 miles. Extremely friendly and about half the price that it would’ve been at the dealership. 6 stars!!.

We own and operate Car Forensics a local Mobile Auto Service and Onsite Diagnostics Unit. There are some areas of auto repair where we cannot benefit our customers as much as honest brick and mortar shops. One of these areas is Routine Maintenance. We have found that we can save our customers time and money by referring them to Autumn’s when they need an oil change, tune up, transmission flush, A/​C system recharged, Belts & hoses replaced ect.
It’s not easy finding a shop that will treat you like family. Overhead is high, customers that believe in mechanics are scarce, and the challenges shop owners/​technicians are faced with are vast. We love being able to trust the judgment and performance of other local conservative shops that specialize in areas we do not. Her shop is clean and her friendly staff outputs expedited service to her customers. Autumn believes in the same fundamentals as ourselves, such as great service the first time and building customer relationships. We believe shops like her’s will endure the tests of time.

Simply put: I live in Beaverton and this is the only place I will get my oil changed: so you know they’re good. Prices are fair and the staff isn’t pushy about product, the waiting room is always kept in tip-​top shape, and the oil change is fast and efficient. Furthermore they give the car a good vacuuming and top off all the fluids. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a change!

Not happy about having to give this update. As I stated before I’ve been a VERY long and loyal customer and recommend this place to EVERYONE I know.
I got a quote from Autumn’s Lube for brakes about 6 months ago and it seemed really high. A week later I was getting tires at Les Schwab and got a quote from them stating either $ 220 or $ 400 for new brakes. I told them that Autumn’s Lube quoted $ 420 and they said that could be the case, but they won’t know until they get in there. They said they should have told you what we did, there could be a high and a low. I went to Richies Tire Factory and they said the exact same thing that Les Schwab did about the brakes and quoted a little less.
My mom needed some work done on her car and I told her to go to Autumn’s. She too used to go there when it was Louie Lube. She told me the quote and the diagnosis fee. I said, dang, that seems a little high. She said I know, but I’m going to have them do the work because they said it was dangerous to drive. She also knows she needs some other work and asked if they did what she needed. Autumn said no, but to call _​_​_​_​_​_​_​, they do great work and I highly recommend them.
Last week my husband’s starter went out. We took it to Autumn’s at 4:55PM and told them we are pretty sure it’s the starter and they said yes, probably and we’ll diagnose it and can service it in the morning. She called and quoted us $ 380ish BEFORE TAX. I thought, darn, that seems kind of high, kind of like the brakes and that’s before TAX. I hate to doubt them, but we take are cars there about 6−8x per year and that can really add up! So, we called the company that Autumn recommend to my mom. They quoted us with new parts $ 330 WITH TAX! So, I called one more place and it was a used part with labor for $ 303 WITH TAX. I told my husband we should probably try to talk to one of the managers at Autumns about our concerns about the last 3 quotes.
We tried to talk to them about the our concern with the high quotes and were told that the company they recommended undercuts them often. Come on, don’t bad mouth the company that Autumn just recommended. The guy (forget what they employees name is) was pretty defensive and said because Autumns Lube are NOT a full service mechanic they can’t give the same pricing. I don’t understand this because that’s not what I was told about a year ago. Why would people come here if they didn’t have competitive pricing? It’s just been within the last 6 months we’ve noticed this price increase. Autumn called and said they already adjusted the price because the diagnosis took an hour not just a half hour. Wait, they said they already thought they new it was a starter, so why wasn’t that the first place to start?
I should mention they were slammed busy, and each and every employee made it quite clear that they could not handle how busy it was. They could barely take the time to speak to us. Sad thing, I’ve seen them when it’s really slow and talking to one another when doing diagnostic work on another person’s car. The person was waiting in the waiting area while my car was getting an oil change, too. She said I wonder if I’m going to be charged for them talking to one another and the person who brought in a «cool» car during this «diagnosis billed by the hour».
I get it, they were busy, but do you really want me to add up the amount of business I’ve given over the years? As a business consultant for small businesses; I consult on marketing and customer service, I’m sad because I can’t stress enough that loyalty and word of mouth marketing is still king!

I love going to Autumn’s Auto Lube to get my car worked on.
They always are helpful and let me know what I need done, but they never pressure to get things changed. They are friendly and honest. They clearly explain what they are working on and why. I know they are doing great work. I have never had a problem with the work they have done on my car. I would suggest this place to anyone.

They will do anything to get out of honoring the super saver card. I got one horrible oil change, but gave them a second chance. Called today and asked if they were busy. Matt said no but when I got there he said they had already done their allotment of deals that day. He said to come between 10:30 and 4 but I work in MILWAUKIE and would never make it in time. After 4 oil changes all after 4 pm now they have this rule? Previously when I called to schedule an appointment and mentioned the super saver card they never called back. When I finally got through he said there were no messages left by me. Don’t waste your time or money here. I regret it.

I went here about a year ago based on excellent reviews. Funny now how they’re not as good as they were last year… My experience was decent the first time. They tried to upsell me on everything, of course. The price was acceptable and the location convenient to my office. I had several lights replaced on my car and noticed the following morning that one of them had gone out. I called to let them know I’d be returning to have it replaced. Apparently my headlights are difficult to maneuver, because after I’d been there 10 minutes, some crotchety broad (I can only assume was Autumn) started SHOUTING across the bay that if I was going to be there much longer I would have to pay for their time. I found that rather unprofessional and extremely rude. She then came up to my window (I was sitting in my car) to rudely inform me that I’d need to pay since my light replacement was taking so long. Oh, I provided MY OWN light bulb this time, by the way. I informed her it wasn’t MY fault that their faulty light didn’t work and that it didn’t take me that long the previous day for the whole oil change and 6 light replacements altogether. The poor guy trying to help me said he had to charge me. I loudly voiced my disapproval and added b! t (h to her as I rolled out. Nice business practice lady… I’ll never return, nor will I recommend anyone use this place. She needs a hug.

Wow! Your story keeps changing as you go! How can u lie and disregard the safety of our community? Your website states «free break inspections». And according to your paper work, a full service oil change includes this!?! How could u forget to check my break fluid and then lie by saying you don’t ever check any break fluid unless u service it? How many other people have you endangered? U can not accurately evaluate a break system by missing the fluid! You must think I am dumb and that is just insulting. I had my breaks replaced 8 months ago, at a reputable shop so u can’t lie and say the misleading comments below. Are u even a certified shop? No you are not. So u know nothing about the quality standards of every car manufacturer out there! Which includes checking break fluid as part of a break inspection! Get a clue and a lawyer, u desperately need both

Sorry I haven’t gotten back sooner. After my last review, Autumn contacted me. All has been explained, everything taken care of. I LOVE AUTUMN’S AUTO LUBE! She is a wonderful person who cares not only about her business but her customers. Go there, it will be worth it.

These guys rock! They were so kind to my elderly parents that I abandoned my own lube shop and will now be taking my business to them. Not only do they do a great job changing oil, but they also vacuum your car without an extra fee or even being asked. They really are so friendly and will give you excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!
