Business Owner

Julie Baldino been a licensed broker in the state of Washington since 2003, licensed in Oregon since 2010. She has spent several years assisting buyers and studying innovative ways to effectively market homes on the Internet. Implementing those concepts allowed her to break off from a larger company and open an independent boutique brokerage.

Julie takes pride in the fact that through said research, Front Door Realty is able to provide Washington and Oregon home sellers with national exposure, while still allowing support of a local business. Being a listing agent for banks and financial institutions, the company is able to offer a different and realistic perspective to home buyers — from first timers, to vacation homes, and investment properties.

Julie’s philosophy in business has always been to effective and speedy communication, honest and ethical practices, staying up to date on technology to better serve customers, and creating satisfied clients for life.
