Evergreen Ridge

First of all, don’t be fooled by the name change. This is now called «The Ridge» and is no longer called «Evergreen Ridge.» I am a current resident, and I am suggesting that you steer clear of this place. I have lived here for the last 20 months and have watched them go through 4 different managers and 5 different assistant managers. The only thing consistent is watching them create new rules. They literally had to put door hangers on every door due to the amount of flyers that they were hanging. I think it must have been cheaper than all the tape they were using. The amount of structural work that needs to be done to this place is amazing. They have 2 guys who can barely keep up with the tenant turnover let alone the property improvements needed here. An entire roof line looks to be supported by wires. Stairs leading up to apartments and decking boards are loose causing trip and fall hazards. The parking lot is tiny having less parking places than there are actual apartments, and for some reason it just got smaller with 2 more spots being designated as «condo parking only.» There is consistently empty parking spots in the condo parking lot. Every night multiple tenants and guests are forced to park on the street where vehicles are constantly broken into. For an additional fee you can rent a garage, but be prepared to not be able to access it if you drive anything larger than a compact car. Also, know that you won’t be able to store anything in there and park due to the tiny size. Hopefully you aren’t limited to this place in your search for housing as there has to be much better situations out there.

The assistant manager Trina is amazing.

I have lived at these apartments for 2 years. It is quite and peaceful here. The management and maintenance team are great. All the people who work here are very friendly and will know you by name. Evergreen ridge is a great choice to live.

The actual units aren’t bad and have all the goodies (washer/​dryer, dishwasher). But the parking its horrifying if you have 2 cars, the area is ghetto, and the manager is never here.
