The apartments are nice and spacious, the neighborhood is quiet and right near Main Street and I-​5, they have a nice pool, a 24 hour gym, maintenance responds quickly, the office staff is friendly and accommodating, and the grounds and buildings are nicely kept.
The trash area has been very well kept since I’ve been here. I haven’t seen it as bad as some of the pictures posted on Unilocal

If you want so stay mad the whole time you should come and live in this ridiculous complex. Looking for new apartment right away!!!

This place is under new management, and by new management I mean a couple cognitively challenged dingbat ladies in the front office who know nothing about running an apartment complex nor what is or is not policy. Oh and none of the idiots can do math properly either regardless of using a calculator. So check out my photos of the dumpster area. This is the new norm since the new management company took over. You can expect hidden fees and charges, people parking in your spot and management doing nothing about it even though you paid to have the parking space so you would always have one. Neighbors steal things from you if you do not lock it up or watch it like a hawk. Walls are paper thin here allowing you to hear every squeak, creak, fart, moan, plop, flush, scream, cry, whizz, thump, crash, tv shows, video games, dance parties, bong hits, and bathroom fan at all times day and night. Its like a museum of all sounds at once.
The pool is a joke. Like a parking spot they turned into a pool by filling it with water, its basically a giant wading pool. There is never enough parking so if you do not purchase a spot for extra $$$ you will be sorry or basically not parking at your home for the night. Some of our neighbors before moving out looked like a bunch of sketchy meth heads so I am starting to doubt their screening process. I highly recommend you consider living in a tent under a freeway overpass before you consider living here as I am quite sure you will feel more at peace under the freeway.

Decent apartments for the area. My brother just moved in, so I can’t really comment fully on the property since I’ve only visited once. The apartments are a decent size, though the kitchens are really outdated. Didn’t seem like there was much noise during my few hours visiting time, and that’s rare in an apartment complex.

I lived here for 16 months, 2010 – 2011. My quick review would be «pretty good place to live.» The units and complex are much nicer than they used to be (back when they were the Ghetto ClubI mean Polo Club Apartments), with new management.
Has a pool and a basic gym. They’re pretty lenient with dogs. Office staff is nice.
My only real complaint is that the maintenance guys had little to no idea what they were doing. Our toilet started leaking, and continued to do so after it was «fixed» three times. We also had some moisture coming though a window, encouraging mold growth, and they did a half-​ass job re-​sealing it.

Stay away from them! They would charge you extra fees such as service fee, carport, and etc plus monthly rent. We lived there for only 3 months. When we moved in, the blinds were not as good as new, and the carpet looked worn and disgusting. Within the 3 months, we rarely touched the blinds. However, when we moved out after 3 months, they charged us blind replacement fees. We also thoroughly cleaned the apartment before we moved out, yet they still charged cleaning fees.
There were also issues we were not able to observe during our initial tour. I was waken up several times during nights by the very loud noise from the heater/​water system with someone upstairs using the water. The technician came, and promised he would investigate it and get back with us soon. Well, it is just a promise, and he never came back ever since.
Overall, the management looked very nice before you signed the lease; however, things got changed once you moved in. Very disappointing.
