Our optometry practice is dedicated to providing the highest standard of eye care in the community. We pride ourselves on giving thorough, computer assisted examinations, making sure the eyes are free of glaucoma, cataracts, and other diseases.

We fit all types of contact lenses, and carry many lines of designer eyewear that you can’t find at the mall. We are one of the few practices in the area that carry the Kazuo Kawasaki and Coach frame lines as well as ProDesign Denmark and ECO — earth conscious eyewear made with 95% recycled materials.

Business Owner

Dr. Garner attended Fresno State University before completing his education at Pacific University, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Vision Science and a Doctor of Optometry degree, graduating with honors in 1993. He completed a preceptorship at Tyndall airforce base in Panama City Florida, and has been a private practice optometrist in the Vancouver area for the past 14 years.

When he’s not at the office, he enjoys skiing, riding his bike, and reading. He has two daughters that keep him quite busy.
