Crap service. You are dealing with unintelligent beings calling here. They do not update the location online. The phone attendant seems to be a geniune airhead and does not know how to take the initiative. Hipster white guy with the pruny mustache seems pretty incompetent as well. I ordered on Amazon. Unfortunately, I got a defective paint pen which ran dry during the application of the second coat. They were more than happy to send me a replacement which arrived quickly.
The paint itself is a perfect match. This company has great products that are easy to use, and great customer service.

Excellent product. Easy to use. put on bumper that was slightly damaged and needed touch up paint. Color match easy and perfect. Price is great, would have cost a couple hundred dollars if brought to body shop.

I was dismayed when I backed into a low parking lot divider and scraped my Camry bumper. After getting high quotes from shops and mobile services and reading some poor reviews, I decided to try DIY touch-​up paint. I considered several products and reviews and chose TouchUpDirect. The total was only $ 42, including EcoJar paint, Platinum Package and shipping. The order arrived in 2 days and the paint color is a good match. I read the directions and other information on the website. I also looked at various How-​to articles and videos.
The results of my touch-​up job aren’t great, but the damage is less noticeable (see before and after photos). Results probably depend on the extent of the damage and whether someone has experience using touch-​up paint. I suggest approaching this job with realistic expectations.

Needed to touch up a scratch on my vehicle. I prepared the surface properly and touched up the area according to the instructions. I allowed the surface to dry for TWO days, then proceeded a wet sand preparation for the gloss coat, but the Touchup Direct paint crumbled right off.
Sorry, can’t recommend. Ended up going to the automotive store and bought a cheap can of krylon which worked out better.

I heard about these guys through Beverly Hills Ducati. I was having trouble finding paint for my ’06 Ducati Sport 1000 (apparently it’s not a very common bike). I ordered from the website and a few days later I received my touch up kit — a perfect match!
