Master Works Auto Body

I went to master works auto body a couple weeks ago to get an alignment and I’m extremely glad I chose to go here. My car had some problems and I had gone to other places and they were charging me a big amount of money to get it fixed. When I came to master works auto body, Chris took the time to explain everything to me, and gave me options to fix my car. I have been driving my car without a problem and I can actually feel the car running smoother. I have always been doubtful of mechanics because sometimes they’re not very honest, but I didn’t feel like that there. This place is reliable. Customer service was excellent (thank you Chris) the staff is friendly and the facility is nice and clean. If you need a mechanic this is the place to go!

So happy to find this place, I took my car in to fix my front and rear bumper, they did great job on it, when I went to pick my car up they had it washed and detailed in and out, great customer service, thx Chris, will definitely recommend this place!

Let me just start off by saying 5 stars is not enough for this place they deserve 10! From customer service down to repairs they are amazing, Chris is heaven sent. They call to give you updates and have an open door policy you can call or check in whenever you’d like to. I know a lot of people are sketchy about crooked shops or snake mechanics as was I just from hearing stories (in general not about here) but that is definitely not a problem here, they treat you as their own and really go above and beyond. If I ever have an accident again (hope not) I will definitely come to master works no questions asked and will be referring anyone I know to them. I recommend Master Works to anyone who needs their car checked out. I just moved to LA and the first thing I do is total my car! Sounds bad right, but I have never been happier with the service I received from Chris and his team. He stayed open late for me every time I needed something to ensure I was taken care of. I work a lot so I had to schedule everything after hours but Chris was always willing to help. He was very clear when explaining things about my car I didn’t really know and was always on call when I needed something. To be honest He had better communication with me than my insurance and was able to refer me to some great car salesmen, insurance people and to top it off he helped me find an affordable rental on such short notice while my car was getting checked.
From the moment I got to Master works I knew I was in good hands. My car was handled with such care and the whole team is so genuine. Every customer is treated with such respect and urgency I felt like I was also making a friend. If you are having car troubles and want the best customer service in town you should definitely take it to Master Works!

This review is long overdue… Chris and his team at Master Works are great to work with. Last year, both me and my husband were in car accidents at separate times (yes…bad luck for us, I know). My accident was in March and initially I was referred to another body shop and had a horrible experience. I was referred to Chris and got 5 STAR SERVICE! Really.
Immediately I felt like I was dealing with a friend of the family that I’d known for years. That is how they make you feel; like you’re important, top priority, as if you’re their only customer. I work in Glendale but live in Van Nuys and had to deliver my car to them after I got off of work. They stuck around after hours to intake my car and chatted with me while waiting for my husband to pick me up. I had such a sense of relief leaving my car with them that night. My car came out looking better than when I bought it! After my car was handle with such care, we took my husband’s car there months later when he was rear ended. We couldn’t have asked for better service.
Master Works is team of professional, honest, fun and hard working guys. I strongly recommend them for Auto Body services.

Talk about great service and great work. I recently took my car which had minor damage due to amazing la drivers! They were very friendly and guided me through the whole process. They are extremely nice and friendly but to top it off they provide good work as well. When i picked up my car they washed and detailed my car and Chris even made me coffee and treats while I waited.

Chris took great care of me and my car. I was very nervous to deal with a body shop because I don’t know a lot about cars. Chris was honest and up front with me and did great work. I highly recommend!

The shop and people are great to deal with. Got my car back as if the accident never happened. I live half an hour away but worth the trouble. My BMW is now back on the road thanks to Master works.

Dealing with this shop exposed me to service and professionalism I would never have expected from a body shop. These guys were very friendly, straight forward, and most importantly. honest. They explained everything to me in advance and told me when the car would be ready, and everything turned out to be as they said. On top of that, they offered to come and pick up my car and later dropped it off when the service was complete.
Aside from the great service, I was also very impressed with their work on the car. In the beginning I was devastated because the front end of my BMW was pretty badly hit. But when they returned my car it looked good as new. I tried so hard to find some kind of flaw in their repairs and paint job, but could not find anything. My car was in immaculate condition. With such a great price I would never have expected such impressive work. God forbid I need any other body work done to my car, I will definitely be coming back here.
The owner Chris made my car repairs experience smooth and comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks guys.
