Amazing service! They did a wonderful job on my car! Everyone was very helpful and understanding due to crazy work scheduling. They called and didn’t fail to leave voice mails which was very helpful. I love the fact that they made sure everything was taken care of for me without having me tell them what needs to be done. Hope I don’t get into another accident but, atleast I know who to take my car to for great service and professionalism.

This body shop is awesome. I came in here after getting overcharged by another shop and had my bumper replaced and painted. After being quoted over $ 1800 at atleast four body shops, first quality did the job for $ 1000. Factory Audi A3 bumper with diffuser. I was even laughed at by a body shop recommended by the van Nuys Audi dealership. He told me getting the bumper replaced for the amount I was trying to spend was ridiculous. Mike found me an OEM bumper that was used and after the work was done it looked great.
I’ll be back here for any other body work in the future. Don’t hesitate to take your car over here. Guaranteed you’ll get a better deal.

The first time i brought my car to this shop i was really Hesitant, well boy was I in for a surprise, Mike was simply amazing. With customer service and with the quality of work he does is just amazing. I have brought my car here twice and have recommended this place to my friends and family. i am definitely bringing my car here every time i need some work done.

The customer service from Mike was excellent. He was polite, knowledgeable, reliable and honest. He kept me informed of progress with insurance company. The car was ready when he said it would be and most important they did a great job on my car. I have already recommened them to family and friends.

I don’t know much about cars, but I know about customer service. When my uncle got into a car accident and I went with him and my aunt to First Quality Collision, Mike made us feel super comfortable. My uncle, who is a picky person to say the least, barely had any qualms.
Also, the place gave us some free coffee, had nice couches, a TV, and looked relatively clean for an auto shop type of place.
Again, Mike is great and the owner, a very friendly Armenian man, made everyone feel really comfortable in what was a difficult time.

During their business hours they NEVER miss a call. They are ready to help you with tips, advice, quotes, or whatever you need.
If you have any concerns, doubts, or worries (which most people do with bodyshops) just take it to here. A lot of people are uncomfortable and research and shop around – I’m one of those people too. But this is really a good and trustworthy place.

After experiencing a less than ok body shop that my insurance recommended, I decided to try a different one this time around. Besides being conveniently located near my house. I met up with mike, who was courteous, and knowledgeable, and was able to quote me
Immediately without an appt. I dropped off my vehicle on a Tuesday and was promised to be ready on a Monday, since my truck needed multiple bodywork, paint and a rear bumper replacement. So I got a call Friday morning saying that my vehicle was going to be ready that afternoon. Several days early, I was very happy and once I received my vehicle all damages were taken care of. I couldn’t even tell the damages were ever there. The paint on my door panel was not the best, U can easily tell it was re painted and not matching 100% (charcoal metallic paint).
I didn’t really care much since it was going up for sale, in a few months. Customer service was top notch, I even got a shop tour.

Excellent work offered me top quality service and got the job done quickly. Was referred to this place by a friend after my car problems and now this is the only place my family and I turn to when in need. Highly recommend this place.

First off — GREAT SERVICE (both customer service and quality of service).
I’ve been a loyal customer for about 3 years now and have always gone to them without even shopping around. I recommend this place to everyone. I always return to them and don’t shop around because I know I’m going to get what I expect: Great quality service, at some of the best prices out there, and they are always consistent with this. There work is guaranteed which is wonderful (even though I’ve never needed to come back for anything).
BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, they are ethical (read: HONEST). They are professionals and do not partake in shady behavior that has tarnished this profession.
Overall great place, great service, good work, honest, reliable, and quick too. They try to get the work done as soon as possible so that you don’t have to pay storage fees or anything.
I’m very picky when it comes to thins like shop compliance with the law, and from what I know, it looks like they comply with the law to the fullest extent.
I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
