ING Construction & Remodeling

After talking to 5 different contractors for our master bath remodel, we went with I.N.G. Construction. Our decision was based on price (their bid was not the lowest, but not the highest either), the company’s thoroughness and attention to detail in the bidding process, and the fact that it was just so easy to talk with Golan and his receptiveness to my questions and ideas. We now have an amazing bathroom! Communication has been easy. The guys have been punctual, always cleaned up, friendly, and conscientious — always making sure I was happy with the work before they left for the day. Remodeling is never easy, but working with I.N.G. has been just about stress-​free. I’d hire them again in a second and would recommend them without reservation.

ING was with us every part of the way through our master bedroom addition. They were on time and responsive to our needs. Whenever we had concerns David immediately addressed them. Our addition was 270 square feet and I was certain that I wanted it to blend with the rest of our 60 year old house. David worked with me to make it both economical and pleasing. In situations where he felt it would be too expensive he let me know and tried to steer me away (he didn’t always succeed lol, but I love the bedroom) They were able to make brand new red oak match with 60 year old red oak in the rest of the house. Beautiful! I’ll admit we had a few miscommunications or mistakes, but they were handled perfectly. A year later we had some issues we had not noticed before where the eaves of the old roof and new one met. They sent someone out on fourth of July, within 48hours of our email. The best you can ask for is to have a company that cares enough to address your needs no matter how long after a job is done. They have done that everytime. They did great work. David and Joe are awesome!
