When you love what you do, you do it right. We guarantee our inspections. If a home inspector can guarantee and also include a warranty you have a great inspector. Just make sure they have E & O insurance. Without insuance there is no guarantee or warranty. Our inspections were $ 475 and up, but we had a 90 day special for a $ 200 discount 8 years ago and our business tripled. So we left it at $ 275. We would rather make a little off alot, than alot off a little. We have passed the savings to you.
