Jim and Sharon have been in the flooring industry for over 20 Years. Sharon’s father owned a very successful flooring business in the heart of downtown Livermore for over 40 years which Sharon took over on 1993. In 2002 they decided to open up a Carpet and Tile cleaning business.

Jim loves running Showcase Carpet and Tile Cleaning. Thanks to our loyal customers Showcase business has taken off so 4 years ago Jim brought on his Son-​in-​law Brant who continues to offer the same professional trustworthy service his farther In-​law has provided.

I cannot recommend Showcase Carpet and Tile Cleaning enough. When we first moved into our (at that time) 12-​year old home, we called Showcase to clean our white tile in the entry and halls because they looked so very gray and dirty. They did a VERY thorough job, and the results were incredible. The tile looked brand new. Not only that, but they cleaned the tile in our bathroom and noticed that there were issues in the shower tiles, which they immediately took steps to correct.
In addition, we have had them clean our carpet, at least yearly, ever since. Brandt does an excellent job and really takes his time to do it right.
This year I learned that you should have your granite countertops cleaned and sealed every year. I called Showcase, and Jim did an excellent job. He was very thorough, even digging out and replacing grout where needed.
Not only do they do an excellent job but Jim, Brandt, and the entire staff is a pleasure to work with.

I am so happy that we called Showcase for our carpet and tile cleaning. Brandt did a great job on our carpets and took his time. He is very detail oriented. Jim cleaned our kitchen travertine which had been installed 5 years ago. OMG! My travertine looks like new! We are thrilled with our «new» floors. Half of the travertine was covered with an area rug in the family room and he cleaned the uncovered area so well that it all matched when it was dry. I called him to let him know how pleased we were with his excellent work and just mentioned that there was some streaking from the sealant and he insisted to come back out and buff the streaks away. It looks like new! I would highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them.

The excellent service began with my making an appointment with Sharon. She has friendly tone and efficient manner on the phone. Once the appointment time came, Brandt showed up right on schedule. He was considerate and took the time to explain how the cleaning would go, and was patient with my many concerns about keeping the hose off the hardwood, not scraping wall corners, etc. Everything was covered and the carpets (and rugs) came out beautifully. I highly recommend Showcase to anyone that needs their carpets, rugs, etc. cleaned!

They cleaned our church sanctuary, it not only was beautiful and removed the red paint from our youth event the whole place smelled better! All that foot traffic and it came out looking brand new. Very professional and great to work with, going to use them for my tile as well.

I have been thrilled with this company since I purchased new carpet 7 years ago. Everyone always compliments me on my carpet saying it looks like new. I love this business because it is a family owned business that is very competent and professional, yet provides a very warm personal touch. They (Jim, Sharon, and Brandt) are lovely, friendly, conscientious, hard working people. You can’t go wrong! I have also had them clean my tile counters and floor that have been there since the house was built in the 50’s. Brandt did a beautiful job with that as well.
