This Subway is where I park for my long runs so I’m usually sweaty and short of breath when placing my order. They’ve always been friendly and my orders have been error-free. It’s a Subway people. You’ve visited one before so you know the menu and you know the drill. I’ve found this one to be better than most!

There is a Subway a little closer to where I live but I prefer to go to this location. The staff is friendly, efficient and nice. Jagrup is very customer-oriented and having a sandwich here is a treat whenever a friend and I come there. I even pick up a sub to go after I ordered it online. Everything is fresh and the restaurant is clean. I always have an enjoyable time patronizing this Subway. Thank you all for excellent service!

Worst subway I’ve ever been to! There’s too many employes(7 people!) making sandwiches(less customers than employes), very disorganized… One of the staff lady is very rude, and barely speaks English. Definitely won’t come back here.

Something definitely wrong with this location. Ordered through the phone app earlier tonight like usual. Arrived at the time specified only to find out that they had never received the order. Not a problem I thought they can just take my order now. Nope not a single offer to do so. The young women and the gentlemen began attending to customers who had walked into the store after me. I left dumbstruck by the incompetence. It was pretty bad at this point but than things got a bit worse. I received a notification on my phone letting me know the order was ready at the store I had just left. I decided to return since I was already charged for the order I placed. They had my order ready at the counter. I used my phone to check my credit card charges real quick and I had in fact been charged twice for the same order. I asked for a receipt so I could dispute one of the charges with the company. The store could NOT produce a receipt to give me. I repeat they could not give me a receipt. The young women ran to the back and the gentlemen at the counter again left me alone standing at the counter dumbstruck. I at least had my sandwiches. Three of the four ordered were not made correctly.

THE worst subway ever it is small they have TERRIBLE service and they barely know English and are very wierd plus they barely put your stuff on your sandwich and when mine came out there was only half of the bread on it.
