I waited politely and patiently while the clerk refilled 4 or 5 dishes before taking my order. Then I got a less than generous portion. After eating most of my dish and drinking most of my overpriced soda($ 2), I asked for a refill when I was told it would be $.53 just for the refill! Seriously? In 2015 Panda Express is charging for soda refills? I know I was a captive audience at the mall food court, but cripes! I won’t be back.

Lots of people from this booth. It can have long lines that put other stalls jealous! One thing I like about them is that they put the calories content of each meal you order. That was an excellent call from the management. Great for us health buffs. I would order brown rice, veggies… one bowl. The orange chicken is good any shrimp dish is great. For the newest one, Chinese beef spare ribs… looks enticing that I bought it for the premium price but it turned out too dry for me. I was fooled! Try always a sample, some of their dishes are spicy.

I came here for dinner today during my lunch break at work. The cook approached me and took my order. He said it would take three minutes to make the eggplant tofu. I didn’t mind waiting. However, a couple minutes later it was ready and he told the cashier, Alex, but she ignored him. I continued to wait while she took other people’s orders. After getting through the rest of the line behind me, she looked at me and walked to the side. Luckily another employee came and took my order. Never coming to this location again. The lines are too long and some of the employees are clueless.

Mall location. I’m being generous with two stars. Worst PE ever. My daughter took her Panda bowl back and got another one, and it was still no good. My fried rice and chow mien was probably left over from lunch. Even the fortune cookie was bad.

I need to get the name of the cook/chef that was working lunch Friday, Sept. 19, 2014. Every item were cooked better than any other Panda location I’ve ever tried. There are a number of Panda stores in this valley. I’m gonna have to go to the mall for the best Panda around.

Went at 11:30, 1 person beinrg served. The server walked to the back of the store mid way thru checking out the person in front of me. When she returned and was finishing the other customer, a girl walked up and they acknowledged each other, after a short conversation, the server picked up a phone and walked to the back of the store again. I was never greeted and told that she would be right with me. I find this very rude and finally after several minutes found lunch elsewhere

This food is getting nastier and nastier. I really have to stop coming here. The orange chicken is just fried goops of fattening batter! The other dishes are not all that good either. The take out containers are getting smaller while the prices go up.

Always a great choice when you’re looking for a cheap place to eat. BUT, the food is soooo greasy and heavy. They should really have some healthy choices.

Late dinner before heading home. They were already closed and just started to clean up but they let us in to eat since it was late. How nice of them =)

You’re standing in the mall food court. Starving. Where to eat? Well, first off, 80% of the restaurants must not be great, ‘cuz they’re always empty. Hot Dog on a Stick? Do they even sell food? I mean there’s the girl pumping lemonade show on the ½ hour, which explains the five guys waiting, but I hardly think they’re there for the food. In fact, the only place in the entire mall food court with a line is — The Panda Express. Why do we love The Panda Express? The sides? No. The rice is subpar and the chow mein is kind of oily. The entrees? No. I generally pick whatever they’re refilling while I stand there — regardless of what the entrée is. Their prices? No. For a fast food place, they’re actually on the higher side. So… why do we love the Panda? MASSIVEPORTIONSOFFOOD! Supersized. Panda gives so much food, they even dwarf McDonald’s. Think about it. When’s the last time your McDonald’s combo felt like a 10 pound bag of potatoes? My favorite Panda Express fortune: «Overindulgence hinders body & mind.» WTH? I got this one TWICE! The irony is that you’re reading it AFTER you ate their 10 pounds of food. Panda Express. It isn’t the best. But there’s lots of it.
