History

Established in 1937.

Logix was founded as the Lockheed Aircraft Employees Federal Credit Union in 1937, three years after Congress enacted the Federal Credit Union Act. Later, the name was switched to Lockheed Federal Credit Union. In 2012, we changed our name to Logix since the population at large was under the impression that they could not join unless they were a Lockheed Martin employee. Our historic ties to Lockheed will always be part of our legacy, and a great source of pride for the Credit Union’s staff, management and Board of Directors

Logix is a fantastic credit union! I was unaware of how poorly Bank of America was treating me as a member until I closed my account and joined Logix. I have never had an issue with Logix during my time as a member, which is coming up to three years. I don’t often recommend services like banking, mechanics, and so forth, but I have been a strong promoter of Logix. All my friends that have swapped over have been equally as happy as I have been myself.
Moving beyond the credit union itself, the McBean Pkwy branch of Logix provides everything I want from a bank. It is small, and it’s staff are friendly and strive to create relationships with members. The employees not only remember the specific details of how I have my deposits organized and so forth, but they are kind, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic.
As someone who deposits a lot of cash, the fact that I can have a unique relationship with one or two specific tellers puts me greatly at ease. I’m very thankful for that! If it were not for how great the personal service and tellers are, I don’t think I would ever sit down to write a Unilocal review for a bank, so take this as a sign of the quality and excellent service.
Special shout out to Drew, Jennifer, and Brianna, who provide warm service and perform their jobs with notable distinction!

The tellers here at Logix are always so efficient and friendly. It’s refreshing to walk into a business and the employees not only do their jobs, they do them well.
I stop by here frequently, and every time I am greeted with a smile. Once I brought my bike and the receptionist jumped out of her seat to help me bring it inside since I was in a rush. I never have to wait more than 2 minutes for service. The last time I went in, Jennifer was exceptionally nice and made my day better with how kind and funny she was. Thank you so much for being the only bank that cares!

This place has got it going on!!! Far better than CA Credit Union– What a Pathetic Joke!!! The people here are friendly, professional, and really try to help! Can i first say that going with a credit union rather than a normal bank is 100% better. I first opened my account back in 2013 and i was referred by a friend so Logix gave us both a $ 25 referral bonus for that. I love that Logix reimburses all the bank fees for withdrawals at any other ATM. The staff at the Valencia location are so professional and friendly. Sara helped me out and she was so informative and was able to help me get a loan. Whenever we have questions about something they will make time to answer questions. Also i ran out of checks and needed to make a payment by check and went to the branch and they were able to print 5 checks for me right then and there. If you are looking for a place to bank… look no further. This is the place to go!

I was there for a lost ATM I was in and out in a jiffy. The receptionist was wonderfu and extremely friendly. They are always and they have free water and coffee. I recommend this branch and all branches this bank is the greatest.

Been with them almost 2 years and never had bad service. The quickest processing of deposits I’ve experienced. All of the staff are always very happy to help you. Their website also works very well — you can open a new savings and transfer money to it in minutes.

I recently became a member and have had a great experience. Fairly easy transition from my old bank. Switching banks scared me, but it was easier then I thought. My whole family made an appointment and we were welcomed with open arms and smiles. People who really cared and not about getting rid of you. Taking the time to set up all our accounts. I am in real estate– I often tell people to switch to a credit union due to personal service that makes you feel more comfortable asking the harder questions about personal finance.
And every so often you see outliers in good service and attention.
Logix has the kind of people who will look you in the eye with actual enjoyment of seeing another human being– markedly refreshing. (e.g: if you are fortunate enough to have any part of your day handled by Jen, expect the normally painful case of banking to be elevated to a joyful experience, while I am pointing out especially notable outliers in the positive attributes of friendly and enthusiastically professional)
If you already use a credit union that is part of the co-​op network, give the Valencia branch a shot and see what I am talking about, you might just switch over.

I have been banking at Logix since the Lockheed days. My father used to work at the Skunkworks, and got me an account at an early age. When I moved to Santa Clarita, I was grateful to find Logix in so many convenient locations.
The other day, I needed to do a simple transaction and make change. Nothing complicated, nor burdensome. I walked in, found no wait and was greeted instantly by Jennifer behind the counter. As she smiled at me from behind stylish red frames, I felt at home. She greeted me warmly, as if we were old friends. I felt comfortable right away.
She listened attentively as I explained my need. I needed 20 $ 1 bills and 8 $ 5 bills. This is where things took a turn. Jennifer did not have enough singles to make my change. Pivoting quickly in to action she advised me «I’ll be right back» and she hurriedly made her way to her manager with my $ 20 bill and asked to get singles so that she could make my change. I hung on her every word, hoping that I’d be able to get the dollar bills that I so desperately needed!
In a moment, it was all over. She returned with my change, counted it out tenderly, lovingly, as if she knew how important it was to me. I collected my cash, and she offered me an envelope, which I refused. I regret that decision, as today, I could have held on to that envelope to remind me of her professionalism, her courage, and her cheerfulness.
I don’t go to a branch often, but when I find my next need, I’ll be sure to go to the Valenica Promenade branch of Logix and ask for Jennifer.

We belong to a wonderful credit union – Travis, in Northern California, so when we came down to SCV we wanted to join a credit union here.
Logix proved to be the right one for us. They are always friendly and helpful, and up-​front about [the] details.
We have personally worked with the manager Stacy, who is careful to speak well of her staff; this is important to me.
We have also worked with Billy and Melissa. Both were very helpful to our efforts to secure a vehicle loan.
There is delicious, fresh coffee in [healthy] PAPER cups (no yucky Styrofoam) and a nice little area for little ones to play while parents/​grandparents are busy transacting business.
The Promenade location is my very favorite, and I drive out of the way to transact banking business there.

At my work, Scorpion Healthcare, I am the manager of the servicing and support department, so my life is centered around training my peers and developing systems towards the goal of providing the best client experience possible. I dealt mainly with Ashur, and I could tell that not only does he make it a point to provide the best client experience, but also actually takes joy out of helping people and seeing their smiles and sighs of relief as they hear good news. He is a great example of a kind, real, caring and dedicated human being. Logix is lucky to have him, and he is deserving of a great company to work for.
Not only did Ashur exemplify this, but each person in the branch showed professionalism, kindness and respect, which made it extremely easy for me to show them the same. I was asked not once, but 3 times if I would like any coffee, tea or water or if someone could answer any questions while I waited for Ashur, and I only waited for 10 minutes.
Almost anywhere you go today, you can tell that the employees there have the employee/​cog in the machine mentality. Their thinking goes only so far as their immediate duties require them to, and most not even that far. In a World Class company, employees have the Care mentality, which is care for themselves, their clients and the company equally. It means they not only care about fulfilling their duties every moment to the best of their ability, but they also care about the companies vision, goals, promises, mission statement, etc., and care about how all of this effects their clients. So much so that they take ownership. It’s their company, their clients, their career, their branch, their friends, their love, instead of job, company, cog, have to, when’s the next break, so bored, funny emails over waiting clients etc.
Logix has won my business, my rave review and my referrals. You will keep it for as long as your company keeps all of this at their core and in the hearts of every employee. I hope that is a very long time, for if so, I will be partnering with you to buy my first home, future investment properties, a future business loan and will have my kids and grand kids banking with you as well.
