Unreasonable, rude and unprofessional establishment. Expect to be forced to spend your time filling an online application asking for social security numbers and such BEFORE even seeing any rental property. If you don’t like what you see, then you just wasted your time and gave out sensitive information for nothing. I understand about screening potential tenants before viewing to save time, but a business needs to show the same concern for the potential tenants time (and security) also or the whole process is unreasonable. When the online application process asked for my credit card number, I called to say I did not want to actually pay to apply or have my credit run before seeing this place. The man who answered was very rude and caused my heart to pound with his bad mood, accusations and unhelpful attitude. He claims there is a way to bypass the payment part till after the viewing, but instead of helping me do so, he accused me of user error and did not even want to hear what I was seeing on my screen. When I said his attitude was not going to help get this property rented, he continued conducting himself like he could not care less. I had to hang up. The stress and waste of time was just not worth it.
Please note in the management response below, he never once appologizes for the rudeness I was subjected to nor the lack of assistance I received. The «apology» is quite fake, again blaming me for user error. He also makes no mention of what was done to prevent this type of situation from happening again (possibly to you!) Good luck.

We are currently renting through Link and Link, and have been since April 2012.
