Never open after 5pm… Don’t understand their hours… don’t know how they can be in business?

Hmmm. After trying to visit once already only to find the shop closed early, I should have read Fen Z.‘s review before trying to go to Seaside Yogurt again. I have a hard time calling an establishment that sells two flavors of frozen yogurt a «yogurt shop.» Vanilla and chocolate, that’s it. Oh, there’s twist available too. Does that count as a third flavor? Seaside sells bottled drinks and some baked goods too. Those outnumber the yogurt choices. Is that wrong? And what is the deal with a yogurt shop anyway? I loved TCBY as much as the next person, but what year is this, 1988? The yogurt hit the spot on a hot day. It really wasn’t any better than various soft-serve frozen«treats» found at fast food restaurants. Still, I did support a local business. My liberal guilt has been temporarily assuaged.

I made the mistake of thinking that this was a fro-yo place. Could this be a Pinkberry in disguise? In Columbus, OH? Wishful thinking. I waltzed in ready to take on whatever flavors Seaside Yogurt has to offer. Old Time Vanilla and/or Chocolate Double Fudge?! That’s it?! No mochi balls? No fresh fruits? Gah. I opted for a small chocolate double fudge(which is 99% fat free) so all is okay, I suppose.
