My dad came to visit me and on his way to my house his car started to over-​heat. To make a long story short we noticed that the cooling hose was cracked and leaking. Since my husband had just gotten an oil change at Sunland for the first time there and said it was good I took my dad there. Big mistake! They completely over charge for simple repair. The hose cost $ 20 but somehow the labor itself cost $ 110. It came out to $ 137 for everything. How can they feel comfortable charging an hour labor when in fact it probably took 10 min to change. The worst part is the man at the front desk called me to inform me that the other hose was going to leak soon and would cost another $ 140!!! We said just to change the leaking one. My dad took it to his mechanic to change the other hose and he charged him $ 40 for the hose and labor. My dad said it took the mechanic literally 7 minutes to change out. This place is incredible (not in a good way) they either saw we looked desperate or just plain stupid to pay that much. Bottom line, not going there again, going to a place a few blocks east of them.

Great customer service! Staff was very friendly and everything here is conveniently priced! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a job done on their car.

don’t bother making an appointment, there is no respect for your wait time. be prepared to hear «your special oil filter is going to take longer to arrive and cost you more». dogshit place

Ken, excellent at the customer service did a good job took care of me even though they were slammed, Cameron and Luis did a through diagnostic found other small problems and fixed them at a fair price, really happy with their work and would recommend going here plus the shop is transparent you can watch anything they do and they are friendly about it!

I bought a Groupon for an oil change and went to the shop. When I got there, the mechanic told me that they were too busy and asked me to come back later. I told him I couldn’t come back but he insisted that they were too busy. So I left and cancelled my Groupon.

I stopped by around noon time on a whim to have my steering alignment checked and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to leave my truck for a few hours but they worked to diagnose the issue… Unbalanced tires. They worked to fix the problem but I had the alignment done anyhow. Prices were good and they answered any questions I had. I even had them give me a quote for some other tires do another one of my vehicles. Very friendly and helpful in suggesting various tires and not just trying to sell me «their best seller».

Thiis is a GREAT place to come. Ken was so welcoming and friendly and very very helpful. This is my second time here and plan to return for all my future auto needs. Customer Service is SO IMPORTANT !!! Thank You

I came here for an oil change because they had an ad on Groupon and they were so rude and didn’t even acknowledge me for a long time then when they did they were super rude so I just left and I will never go there again

I went to this location for my vehicle inspection for me to start Über. They were friendly and very conveniently located and would recommend this business for your car needs.

I was referred to them by Richardson’s auto body in Upland, which gives me piece of mind. Since getting service there the first time a couple years ago I have found them to always be helpful, honest, and friendly.
They get the work done quickly and properly and have very reasonable pricing on tires and full service. I took my car in as it had a service engine soon light on the dash.
Just had a tune up, oil change, 02 sensors, and oil pan gasket all replaced.

We came to Sunland for a tire repair because it’s near where we were driving, it took about an hour, when there was barely customers. Customer service needs improvement. The guy at the front desk asked for a review on Unilocal.Here it is.

This place is horrible I had to wait for 2 hours for an oil change and then I was charged for a bake flush which I did not need!
I do not recommend them to ANYONE!

Needed a quick match in my tire and we were immediately taken care of. The salesman was friendly and personable. You can tell he was extremely busy. The technician seemed pretty frustrated, but I would be too working in the heat on a Sunday.
I would recommend and I will return to do business there.

Was shopping multiple auto shops in order to find the right place and right price for new rear shocks. I could tell immediately that Ron was being an honest straight shooter with me. It didn’t take long for him to convince me to go with their shop.
My mechanic was Mike, who did a great job with my car. I knew I had several other issues in the engine and both Mike and Ron discussed the repairs with me. I was offered competitive prices so I let them tackle a few of the issues I had. My wait time was to be expected as I had a lot of work done on my vehicle.
The main reason I felt like leaving a review was that the next day I noticed a strange sound from the right rear shock area. Monroe, the company that made the shock, sent a defective shock from the factory. Once Sunland had the replacement part in stock, Mike handled it immediately and replaced the factory defective shock with a brand new replacement. It’s about a week later and my car is running super smoothly. I recommend the shop.
