This is the 3rd car that I have taken to Tony at HTW in Upland and he always gives me the hook up. I just purchased a Toyota Venza and they stopped making them in 2015. I went 5 places to get chrome stock rims and nobody could do them or find them. I called Tony and two days later they were on my SUV at an EXTREMELY reasonable price. Thanks Tony!

Went there today. Walked in, no sales associate on floor (no problem). Two receptions behind glass. I had to walk in there office and ask for a sales associate. She got up and went to some ones office and told them I had some? s regarding a lift. 10 min went by still nothing. Lady went in again and told (owner I assume) about me. 5 min went by still sat in his office. I walked out. Truly unreal. Customer service really needs help.
Got a callback from the owner today and he apologized so we’ll try another time.

I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra Platinum 4×4 and was shopping around trying to find a reputable shop to install a lift as well as a few other options. I was referred to HTC Motorsports and told to call Tony. One phone call and I could easily tell that Tony was an absolute professional. We spoke on a Friday afternoon, I took my truck in on Monday and it was completed on Wednesday. Suspension lift, running boards, window tint, wheels, tires, bed cover, and exhaust. Their work was very fast and very thorough. My truck rides smoother than before and it looks amazing. If you’re looking to get any work done, I’d definitely recommend HTW Motorsports. I seriously doubt anyone could beat their prices or professionalism.

Tony and his crew hooked up my 2013 Armada, I was a pain but they pulled through and I could not be any happier! Highly recommend them to anyone that simply just needs tires or needs custom work done to their vehicle as far as lifts go!

Spoke with Sherry she seemed very unhelpful. I called asked if they did cosmetic repair on wheels. She right told I had to bring in for the guys to see if they can repair it. And they don’t do any estimates over the phone. First of all, that was not even my question. I asked if Do you do any curb rash repair on a 21″ wheel? Answer I got you have to come in.
Well that kind attitude and being very unpleasant on the phone I hate see what service I get if drove up to the business.
Will pass off this list and move on next listing.

I got a flat tire on Saturday. I first pulled into pep boys and they were so rude to me I refused to spend money their, so I drove out their drive way and noticed HTW I pulled in. This shop was so helpful! They came out checked my tire showed me why it was flat. He then checked what he had in stock. They didn’t have my tires in stock that day but He noticed how bad my tires were and knew I couldn’t get to the next shop. He gave me prices for a new set of tires and told me he could have them by Monday. I still needed a tire for the weekend and to get home he gave me a Loaner tire which was a little bit bigger but was ok to get me home and back to the shop Monday! They were so helpful at HTW I’m so big on customer service! Thank you for all your help! 5 stars

LOVE LOVE LOVE…
Only had positive experiences here, being a female that knows nothing about cars you just have to «trust» the people evaluating your vehicle to advise you on the best course of action and NOT RIP YOU OFF. I just got a job done for 1100.00 that the Toyota dealer would have charged me 3500.00 NOT KIDDING.
Tony, thank you i appreciate you kindness and the fact that you guys obviously pride yourself on taking care of your customers and having repeat business. (what a concept!!)
They have done rims and tires, brakes, suspension, axle and other stuff on my 2002 Toyota Sequoia.

We got tires, rims and sidesteps put on our new dually Ram. Tony was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
He took his time showing us all our options, giving us his opinion as we went along. Never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision.

Second time here in the last 3 years for some nice rims and tires for our truck. Scott the owner helped us out both times and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The price, the customer service, the quality of work is superb. Went to a few other places just to see what price quotes were before here, and of course Scott had the best prices hands down. You can really tell this guy knows his stuff and is completely honest with you, with no pressure. Thanks for our lift and new wheels HTW!

Without a doubt, the best shop in 100 mile radius at least. I had two other quotes from competitors, one of which was a major chain. Not only was HTW’s price better but they knew their product better. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a business on Unilocal with a 5 star rating besides this one, and it’s well deserved. They’re not handing out gift bags or showering you with crap you didn’t ask for, they’re providing an excellent service at an excellent price. Told me it would take about a day and a half for the lift, wheels, tires and alignment. Dropped it off Thursday morning and picked it up Friday morning. It’s rare to say it was a pleasure doing business with you, but I got a feeling Scott and Tony hear that a lot. A+ shop. Thanks for the makeover on my truck.

I was originally referred to Tony and his crew to get prices on tires, with out trying they were better than the rest and gave great advice and alternatives to help save me money. The service I received was great as well, they are quick and efficient and know their stuff. Its a family owned shop that has a ton of repeat business for good reason. they are the business you want to deal with for your wheel and tire needs as well as various truck upgrades like lifts, electric steps etc. A++ HTW, Keep up the good work!

These are definitely one of the good guys.
While filling up my tank one day on the way to work, I noticed a tumor on the side of one of my tires. Embarrassingly enough, this was not my first rodeo with a tire tumor (read: I’ve bumped my fair share of curbs), so I headed over to the closest tire center, which happened to be HTW Motorsports. I dealt directly with Tony, the owner, and he was extremely helpful and took great care of me. He went out of his way to find a tire that matched the tread, and was a good price. Bonus for not making any cracks for my «using the curb» parking strategy! :)
