This is a great place .the guys here are very helpful .they give you a Great deal… I’ll be coming here more often for tires and Brakes More often.

This place is a scam. I went there to changed my break pads and break shoes… they said its only 99, when everything is fix it went up to 178 with the squeaking sound after market product… so i advice you not to come to this place. poor service, waiting too long, poor and uncleaned place.

So I made an appointment because I called a bunch of placed for tire quote and this place gave me the best estimate. On my way here, I looked up the address on Unilocal and discovered the terrible ratings. I started to dread my experience and debated going to a different place. I decided I would walk in ready for the worst and on guard.
The experience turned out to be not so terrible at all. The manager, Louis, honored his rate that he gave me over the phone and gave me a discount on an oil change as well.
I did however witness another customer come in with issues, and felt that they did not handle the situation very well. The customer had gotten new tires here 3 weeks ago and had noticed them losing air. She commuted a lot and was a busy lady and said she didn’t have time to bring the car back in. They discovered the valve was broken and refused to repair it, claiming they could have broken it. Yes, that was probably true, but the delivery of the news could have improved. I have worked in customer service many years. I feel that Louis just needs to enroll him and his employees in a few customer service workshops, to improve themselves.
Other than that, I appreciated the way they conducted themselves with me during my experience here. Keep up the good work, be honest, work on that customer service, and those stars should go right up.

These guys are a bunch of time wasters! They made a promise on the phone that they can do an oil change and tire rotate so I drive the 8miles And once I got there they turn me down because they have too many customers.. Unfortunate that I didn’t check Unilocal because the ratings suck for this place and kudos to those who gave their input.. So do NOT do business with this store…

Over priced for their auto repair, I needed to replace a wheel stud and they are charging $ 80, I got it done at lap’s garage for $ 20. These guys will say anything to get you to buy in to their service. Never coming back.

I went in there for an oil change and this guy name Luis said he was going to sign me up for a «membership» to get discounts. After Louis said I needed everything under the sun done to my new car (20,000 miles) I left!!! I called back a few days latter and spoke to a guy named Mark and he seemed to know his stuff and was honest! Too bad he was not there when I went down there and got stuck with this Louis guy! So if you decide to go there TALK TO MARK!!! OR ANYONE OTHER THE LOUIS!

I totally agreed with the victimized customers whose reviews at Unilocal confirmed my horrific experience at Certified Tire Goodyear (CTG), a zero (0) star if possible! I also believe CTG is a scam. The employees are horrific, hostile, deceiving and anti-​customers.
Today, I looked for tires to buy. I called CTG because it advertised, «GRAND OPENING, Lowest Tire & Service Guaranteed!!!» The Ad is deceptive; just one model LTX of Michelin costs $ 40 more than the other high-​priced stores. I called CTG at (909) 946‑1968, an angry man (Anthony) answered the phone, confrontational, rude and hostile when I asked him to explain the different models of Michelin tires. He said, «Do you call Chevrolet dealer and ask to explain Mitsubishi?» But he sells Michelin tires, Chevrolet dealer does not sell Mitsubishi. I reminded Anthony that if Chevrolet dealer sells Mitsubishi, the salesman would be so glad to explain Mitsubishi.” Anthony was so explosive to slam his phone and disconnected my call.
I called back to ask for a mgr; Jose came to the phone yelling, bullying, and refusing to listen regarding Anthony’s misconduct. Jose demanded me to call (800) Goodyear. I asked for his dist mgr Josh Darrow’s phone number. Jose said, «I am not going to give his number» and hung up to disconnect my call. I tried to call Fontana location to get Darrow’s number, but the mgr Jovan also refused to give Darrow’s phone number.
No matter how low CTG’s price is; CTG does not deserve my business. They are scammers and bullies ripping off customers. I refuse to tolerate such outrageous conduct, hostile service and bad reputation of such a scum CTG. My family, friends and I will never associate with CTG and would not recommend CTG to anyone!

I made the mistake of going here without checking Unilocal,and I will never make that mistake again. I went in to get an oil change because it is close by, open on Sundays, and I got a coupon in the mail for a $ 16 oil change.
The man behind the counter was friendly enough, and willing to take me as a walk in, but then he said he wanted to «put me in the system.» I knew that something was up when he asked me how much money I make a year, then for my social security number. «Why would you need that to change my oil?»
He told me that it was so that Good Year could send me coupons in the mail. It’s a loyalty program… I’ve signed up for plenty of «loyalty programs» and they don’t require my annual income or SSN.
As he was typing my information into the computer I noticed that the back of the form he’d filled out said «Credit Card Application.» I pitched a fit that I didn’t want to hurt my credit by applying for a card I don’t want or need and he insisted that it wasn’t a big deal and that they would only offer a line of credit if I was approved.
Sorry, sir. But a credit card application is a big deal. He wouldn’t serve me without the application, so I took it, tore it up, and went somewhere else.
It’s not worth the $ 4 I would save by going there to put up with a scam!

This place is the biggest scam out of all the tire places I have been to!
So i got an ad in the mail for a tire alignment for $ 79. That was chill so I go there and they are super nice. I go inside and he tells me that there is now a $ 40 because my car doesn’t have a «wheel lip» whatever that was chill so it came out to like $ 120. So he said that it would take an hour which was chill as well. Then randomly he comes up to me and stays that he ran my SSN and i was approved for a credit card. Im like WTF???
and this is where the pressure began. He began to force me to get this credit card and i was like” dude I’m in college i don’t need another credit card” and then he left .
when he came back he said that my back tires were bad and that i should get new ones. I knew they were because I had just gotten new front tires from a guy that I always go to… so i refused his.
Then he tried to sell me on racing tires that came out to $ 340 (when i only paid $ 200 on the front ones). I refused saying i didn’t have the money anyways and he said that I did with the credit card…
Seriously after saying no like 50 times he got all pissy and left…
2 days later i notice that my front passenger tire is completely flat!!! so i get angry at my guy that i bought the front tires at (not certified tires) and he agreed to give me a new tire completely free. However he noticed that all 4 of my tire valves had been loosened, letting air out slowly… This is when i got furious. Ceritfied Tires (or Goodyear) was the last people to touch my tires and it had to have been them… TRUST ME DONT GO THERE!!!

I took my car here for a set of new tires. The price they gave was decent, but then I made the mistake of asking them to take a look at the engine which was making a weird sound. I was told my car had two motor mounts and a radiator mount all broken and they wanted an absurd amount of money to repair the car. I knew this couldn’t be the case, however, as I just had the motor mounts replaced less than two months ago. When I mentioned this to the person helping me, he flashed an expression of shock momentarily, and then tried to justify it to me and disrespect the mechanic who did the original job.
I left the store, took it to my normal mechanic, and the motor mounts were fine. The engine issue was a small fix. Stay away from this Goodyear. They’ll try to sell you repairs your car doesn’t need.

If i could give NO stars I would.
My first visit is now my last.
I came here because I got a coupon in the mail for a FREE oil change. I should have known there was a catch. I got there and I had to fill out an application to their membership program which was free, fine. Then they told me that I had some kind of line of credit that came with it so basically they ran my credit for this «free» membership. Because I didn’t really have much of a choice after that «WTF?!» moment I just said, «fine, ok».
I mean I got there at 8am, and the guy (Luis) told me it would be a couple hours wait but that oil changes are pretty quick. I had a seat and waited… 2 AND A HALF FUCKING HOURS?! SERIOUSLY!!!
And during all this time, they were «inspecting» my car for whatever was wrong with it. He basically found a laundry list of all this «needed» repair that ended up costing nearly $ 2,000 but that I needed to get all this shit done. Um… no.
I refused over 3 times to everything he offered and just like a freaking CAR DEALERSHIP he tried haggling prices with me!!! SO ANNOYING!!! He just would not take my no for an answer. After that, he told me my cabin filter at the least had to be replaced and showed me the filter in front of everyone waiting in the waiting area.
I, with everyone around me got grossed out. Feeling pressured, I finally said yes.
I wasn’t informed the price of everything until everything was done.
My ‘FREE’ oil change became $ 80 to clean my engine and change a FUCKING cabin filter!
All because this sales guy wouldn’t accept my «no» for an answer and I pretty much felt cornered.
DON’T COME HERE! PERIOD, EXCLAMATION POINTS TO INFINITY!!!
