I love this place. I have been going here since I was a little girl. Tamara is so great. She is really a really great stylist.

This place is my go to place for anything with my hair. I love what they do here and how they care for their customers.
My stylist is Monique and I love the way she does my hair. She makes sure you like your hair and she’s super cool to talk to. I’ve gone to her for cuts, color, and styling! Its really nice to go to someone how does great quality for such a good price.

Hooray Tamara, always fits me in and makes my grays go away! We have known each other for years and I will never go anywhere else. Warm staff and cozy small environment work for me. Even happier now that Tamara takes care of my eyebrows, they look so much better then when I used to torture myself with plucking… My daughter got her ears pierced when she turned 13 by Tamara and now she is pressuring me for another addition, yikes! So it looks like Tamara will have another chance to add that second set my daughter is begging for. Thank you Tamara for all you do. Val

I like how friendly everyone is there and how comfortable I was to speak to my hairstylist, Monique. It was my first time visiting there and I felt like my stylist knew exactly what I wanted. The hair dye was also done very well. Walked out of the salon with no stains and my roots looked fantastic.

Every time I go get, what little hair I left cut, the staff here is always friendly. They must know what they are doing. I always get Monique she knows Men’s Cuts.

Tamara is simply the nicest hairdresser I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She goes out of the way to make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is modern and comfortable. Their bathroom is clean. There always is fresh coffee, tea or water available.
I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! You should do the same.

When I moved to the area, I was super afraid to see a new stylist. I’m growing my hair out from a pixie, but am trying to avoid the awkward my hair is growing out and looks terrible phase. I wanted a trim and the back of my hair brought up so I didn’t have a mullet look going on. I heard about Barbara from a friend, so I decided to give it a try.
I called Barbara and booked an appointment for the following day. The owner Terry was super nice and friendly. She introduced herself to me when I walked in and offered coffee or water. Barbara was on time for our appointment and I explained to her what I wanted. I brought a couple of pictures for inspiration, and asked her opinion a few times. Once we were on the same page, she cut my hair. I was a little scared about cutting my layers because I don’t want it short, but she was very conservative when cutting. She then styled my hair and voila! Cut and styled in 30 minutes!!! I really appreciated that I got what I wanted and quickly. Price was very reasonable too!
Next time I’m going to ask for some product before she blow dries it because she didn’t put anything in my hair first, but other than that I’m very pleased! I’ll definitely go back to Barbara for a hair cut! I told my mom about her and she’s going to give her a try too.

I found out about Spoiled Rotten and Jackie here on Unilocal.The reviews were kidding when they said it was a great place! The customer service was great! Jackie was so helpful through the whole process, understanding of the fact that it takes a whole lot for me to trust someone with my hair. I will absolutely recommend it to everyone.

I went here for a consultation on coloring my hair based on good reviews. The stylist was at least 15 minutes late. Fine, it happens. But when I sat down with her to talk about what I wanted done she literally spent half the time on her PHONE. I couldn’t believe how unprofessional she was!
I told her I wanted my roots lightened (blonde, naturally brown) but she kept trying to convince me to go dark. «Are you sure?» she asked me several times. My hair was a tough job but if she couldn’t do it she should have communicated that instead of trying to change my mind.
I ran out of there and you couldn’t pay me to go back.

I made a mistake by going off the reviews on here. Angie was my stylist, she’s nice but I wasn’t happy with my hair by the time I got home I wanted to cry it was so bad. I asked for a full head of highlights and a Trim on my layers. I ended up with a straight cut and really thin non-​toned highlights. It didnt look like the picture at all. i called in the next day to let the owner know my concern, but she said she didnt desl with that and passed me to Angie. She offered to fix it but I’ve already gone to another salon. I just asked for some kind of reimbursement (not even about the money it couldve been a deep conditioning or something) and she told me she didn’t handle that. I heard her ask Tamara (the owner) and she was so rude saying she hasn’t damaged my hair so she wasn’t going to give me money back. I asked Angie if I can speak to Tamara and as soon as she got on the phone she was literally yelling at me. Tamara was so hostile, she said «she did a damn good job and ur hair had partial color.» I couldn’t even understand the other stuff she was saying I was so in shock at the way she was handling the call but she even said she would come after me. I am on here to let all of you know what a rude and unprofessional lady this business owner is.

Jackie is amazing! Such amazing customer service! She takes down your number and actually confirms your schedule. And when you get there, she’s welcoming and social. She will make you want to come back and be one of her regulars.
This is probably the longest haircut I’ve ever gotten, but well worth it! I’m so glad I discovered this place because this is the first haircut I’ve really liked. I’m so used to the rather cheap quick haircut so Jackie was a refreshing taste. I absolutely adore my new do and really excited to start my school year of with fantastic hair :)

I live in Moreno Valley and still continue to drive all the way to Upland to get my hair done. If that isn’t reason enough to go I don’t know what is.
Candi always does my hair and every time I have an appointment I walk in with crazy, faded, wiry hair and walk out looking and feeling great. She has been my stylist for 3 years now and Ive never been disappointed. Half the time I don’t even know what I want and give her free reign and its always great.
The salon is cute and clean, everyone there is friendly and customer orientated. You can tell they are all great friends who work excellent together.
I more then recommend Spoiled Rotten Salon to anyone and everyone!

The Lady that cut my hair has no business cutting hair she told me she had 10 years experience but she was holding the hair clippers with no confidents and she kept saying that my hair was to thick to cut with her machine i found that to be ridicules and it sounded to me that she was making excuses for her lack of experience.

Eureka! My salon-​hopping days are finally over!
I’ve lived in Upland for 13 years now and I’ve never found a salon that I was satisfied with. I found plenty that could «get the job done» … but from a salon, you want more than that. You want to feel comfortable, you want to feel like you want to come back … and you don’t want that «fake nice» that some of them resort to.
I finally turned to Unilocal to see what the word on the street was regarding hair salons in Upland. Since Spoiled Rotten Salon was downtown Upland, only a few minutes drive for me (+ downtown is lovely, it’s always nice to have a reason to visit), I called and made an appointment.
Jackie was my stylist and she was very friendly. Also very courteous. She called me before my appointment to let me know she was running 30 minutes late, and I appreciate that level of customer service.
I wanted highlights and a trim, and she did a fabulous job, both in suggesting what would look good and in executing the coloring & the cut. My hair turned out really great, I can’t wait to go out tonight and show it off.
Besides the great stylist, I also really enjoyed the ambiance and the mood of the salon. Everyone was very casual, chatting and having fun all across the board and as a customer, I didn’t feel left out of the conversation, it was very comfortable to be there. It also made for a comfortable and social atmosphere between us customers, as the environment definitely opened up dialogue between clients as well.
Safe to say I’ll be going back. If you are new and don’t have a stylist there yet, I’d say it seemed to me like any of the stylists were doing a fantastic job, however personally I can definitely recommend Jackie, since she’s the one who worked on my hair and I’ll definitely be going back to her.
(And PS, although they accept walk-​ins, I’d still call and make an appointment, especially if you’re targeting a Saturday as they were pretty busy :))

My first Unilocal review might as well be for a place that I can truly give 5 stars to. Actually this review is for the salon and for my stylist, Candice.
The salon is quaint and unpretentious, but for those of you who are all about high-​end fluffy looking salons, don’t let that fool you into thinking you’re not going to receive quality high end work.
The energy is great in this salon! I always feel at ease whenever I come here, and it appears as though the other clients, whom I’ve observed, feel the same. Many of the clients also appear to be regulars, which is a good sign.
Candice has been my stylist for the past four years. I have followed her where ever she goes. She is definitely a master at her craft. She has taken my hair from short to long (with extensions), long to short, black to red, and red to black, time and time again without damaging my hair. She listens to what you want and is very honest if something just won’t look right.
Being able to go to Candice, at Spoiled Rotten, is a win-win…I really enjoy the salon atmosphere, and I always leave with HOT compliment worthy hair!

Being the sister of a hair stylist who has exclusively cut my hair for 10+ years, I was very scared to try someone else out. But my hair needed a cut badly… so I went. I walked in and was able to see Candice. She was wonderful and very personable. The cut she gave me was spot on exactly what I wanted. I have long hair and just needed a trim and layers, she didn’t even flinch. =)
The price was right and the cut was great. I will certainly be going back between visits to my sister (2000 miles away).

This is the spot to go. Ask for Barbara! She has been doing doing my hair for about 8 years. She always dose a great color and a cut.

I was so excited to hear that Candice has move to Spoiled Rotten Salon! Mine is a family of three very picky ladies with 3 very different styles and Candice akes us all very happy! She is a freaking wiz with color, I have never had highlights done so well. She really pays attention to what you want, and asks questions. I always leave with a fabulous haircut and again the super freaking great highlights.
She is flexible and always tries to get me in as soon as possible, and really sweet.
