Erns Lab is a gallery/​showroom for local artists and craftsmen to display and sell their creations. We also offer painting classes, open mic nights and monthly art shows. Erns Lab can also be rented for use as a photo studio and we do offer backdrop and lighting equipment.

History

Established in 2015.

Erns Lab started as Loft Beats and was located in the Pomona Arts Colony. We have moved to Upland, Ca to try and reach new customers, artists and engage a new community. Our goal is to provide a new home for the arts and support those looking to share their talents.

Erns «Erns Oner» Valdez is a multimedia artist living and working in Southern California. The work of Erns Valdez can be found throughout California and beyond. Locally his work has been shown at dA Center for the arts, GCS (Pomona & Santa Ana), DBA256, The Main Street Gallery, The Bunny Gunner Gallery and is a member of The SCA Project Gallery.

Erns was the founder and operator of Loft Beats. An award winning gallery located in the heart of the Pomona Arts Colony. The success of the gallery lead to large scale art and music shows hosted at larger galleries and venues. The mission of Loft Beats was to provide emerging artists and musicians a place to share their talents. Erns was President of the Pomona Arts Colony Association from 2011 til 2013. No longer president he is still an advocate for the arts, and anything that helps culture thrive.
