Ness is the best, such a sweetheart. I don’t trust anyone else with my hair. She always does an amazing job and is up to date on current hair style trends.

I have been going to Nicole for almost 3 years now. I have followed her from her past 2 places. She is amazing! I get soooo excited to see her! Never thought that was possible considering what I’m seeing her for. I had tried another place and the pretty kitty before finding her. There is something about being comfortable with the person that is dealing with your most private areas. She makes me feel so comfortable, her place is clean, and she is sooo quick. I’m sooo glad she is at this place being that it’s close to home for me and I like the feel at the salon. She does book up quick so make sure you call to set an appt. She will always do what she can to get you in and cleaned up. Thank you Nicole for all you do soooo appreciate you and hope you never leave this place!

I get my Brazilian wax from the Pretty Kitty, but I decided to go here because it was inexpensive. I feel like I got what I paid for she put a grainy powder on my pelvic instead of some nice baby powder or oil, used the same waxing strip for my entire session, the wax was cheap because it didn’t apply on smooth and tugged on my hair in each application, and she gave me a wet wipe instead of some vitamin E oil to sooth. I feel like the quality of her wax made my skin burn, I was very sensitive to the touch, and swollen. This had never happens to me in the 2 years I’ve been waxing! I am going to say that she did make me feel comfortable and the result was great, but the experience and process was less than what I expected and a disappointment. I will continue my search for an inexpensive but not cheap Brazilian. Let me tell you ladies that technique and quality of product does matter. My two star review is for cleanliness and friendliness but quality and experience is poor here. I will not go back here.

I’ve been cheating… I’ve been cheating on my waxer in Yorba Linda… Nicole has caught my fancy and now I drive 15 minutes to my waxing appt in Upland rather than 45 minutes to Yorba Linda.
Nicole does awesome work… her style of is different than other waxers… does it hurt? Well… you are getting your pubic hairs waxed off… so it all depends on your pain tolerance… but we keep coming back for more.
Her waxing room is clean and comfortable, Nicole is very calming and professional.
The price is right and she accepts credit/​debit cards.
She schedules her appts way in advance cause she’s super busy but she still has the time to send you a reminder text.
Yes…I’ve got two waxers now and I ain’t ashamed.

Nicole did an amazing job on my bikini wax! Very down to earth and is very well educated in her job! Definitely makes you feel comfortable and I trust her completely with my wax.

Today I received my second Brazilian Wax. I am not going to lie the first time was a little painful, but this time it was such a breeze. Nicole is very fast and I could not feel any more comfortable with her. Her spa is very clean and professional. I even added a underarm wax. I am definitely looking forward to becoming a regular and making this my go-​to wax place. A little side note, Nicole is very busy so just remember to book your appointments ahead of time.

For Nicole! I went to see her to use my groupon for a Brazilian. Nicole is no nonsense and very quick. She made me very comfortable and explained everything she was doing along the way. The process was very quick, and I’m really happy with her work! Also, she’s a great listener, so you pretty much get a therapy session with your wax!

I highly recommend Nicole, she is too funny, on top of you laughing half the time she carries conversation on throughout the process. By far the best wax experience ever, and I’ve had a few done at different places, every other place was horrendous. If you’re interested they have a «Groupon» for $ 19 and $ 25 after that + tip of course. The place itself is in «Historic Downtown Upland» and I’m not going to lie when I saw the place I was a bit skeptical but once I met with Nicole and she talked about what was going to happen aaaaand she does not double dip ladies and gentlemen I watched lol
