Just to get the most important point across: I HAD TO SEE A PODIATRIST FOR AN INFECTION ON MY TOE DIRECTLY RESULTING FROM GOING HERE!!!
I had a LivingSocial offer for a shellac manicure/​pedicure. The front door was locked even though I was on time for my scheduled appointment. It is weird because it looks like a house inside, not very clean or professional. The bathroom was not great — NO SOAP!!! The lady was not very nice or friendly and seemed annoyed about my LivingSocial offer even though I told her when I scheduled. While doing my pedicure, she got some gel on my skin and scraped it off with her nail until I had to tell her to stop because it hurt. I became more concerned when she was doing my nails and I noticed bits of dead skin and nails (NOT mine) in the little basket the clippers were in. My toe was sore the next day and a few after, then started swelling up and became very red and painful. It was not toe fungus or a nail infection but on my skin where she had scraped and then put my foot into dirty water. I HAD TO SEE A PODIATRIST AND AM CURRENTLY TAKING ANTIBIOTICS!!! Please learn from my terrible experience and avoid suffering yourself.

I was a walk in hoping to get my nails done but found out it’s pretty much appt only since it is not a fully staffed establishment. I was greeted by a woman who was very flustered and canceling all her appointments for the day, What the??? Everybody has bad days right? I was told there was an appt open in a few hours and to come back then.
Greeted by the owner (?) I asked to see a service menu, they don’t have one. Any question I asked she would refer me to Facebook or their website, she must have said that 8 – 10 times.
So, I get a shellac manicure… 25 bucks. Totally fine with the price I agreed. The service was fine, but shellac is all I get these days so I know what should and shouldn’t go on during service. She applied very thickly and with no primer which is probably why it lasted a week… I’ve had $ 12 regular manis last two weeks.
I’m new to the area and love to be pampered so it’s a shame this place didn’t work out for me.

This place is amazing! Lynn is such a sweet woman. She made our experience the best we have ever had. My husband and I got the private suite which was the most relaxing room I have every been in. We got the mani pedi and she massage our arms and legs and wrapped them in warm towels and then wrapped us in a nice fuzzy blanket. Make sure to make an appointment so you can have the optimal experience. Make sure you have time to spend and relax do not rush your services. You will thank me later if listen.
