I wish I could give Tip Top 5 stars. I really do. The owner, Kevin & his wife are such sweet, hard workers & give great manis/pedis…but as much as I love their services, I would love them even more if they gave their shop a facelift. In a field where you can find a nail salon every few blocks, I wish that Tip Top Nails would clean it up a little bit so I never had the desire to stray!
