Bought a car there tonight salesperson said $ 17k. Negotiated down to $ 15k which was higher then NADA value. Got home and see the car on their website for $ 14 900! And offer to get special price so you know will be $ 14k or less ., very disappointed

I’ve have my 2015 Subaru Forester (bought where I used to live 2 years ago) there for service twice and am very pleased and plan to go back for all my future service when around the area. The waiting room is pleasant and clean and has things to drink (and also a pet tag machine too for free use!) I haven’t brought our dog there since I live an hour away and prefer to go shopping around afterwards, but looks like a neat pet area out back! Great guy that drops ya off at the mall or someplace if you want to kill time there instead and then pick you up! They washed it too, so made me happier! Very polite folks and if wandering around plenty of them ask if you need help, so appreciated them all.

The Tyler community can give Robert Peltier 5 stars for his generosity. He is always available to help out good causes. My cause is dogs, and he has donated to SPCA of East Texas, Pets Fur People and now Dog Scout Tyler Troop 225.
I purchased my 2006 HHR there and appreciated the salesperson listening when I said how much I wanted to spend on a car. I LOVE my HHR! Their service department has been friendly and kept me on the road. I want to buy a Subaru as my next car and am glad Peltier brought this make to Tyler.

Bought a Brand New Forester from this location and have ZERO negativity to say about these sales people and location.
Amazingly insightful and knowledgable staff and sales people. Super friendly all around with added benefit of a dog park for you pet friendly people out there.
If looking to buy a Subaru speak with Jeremy in Internet sales or Nick or Taylor who are on the sales floor. Both Nick and Taylor will go out of their way to make you feel like family and even offer you to drive their own cars if you’re interested in that specific model. Highly recommend. Happy car hunting.
