Horrible service, staff seemed half-​witted. Ordered a front license plate bracket on a Thursday, was told it would be in and installed the following day. Took off work and never received a phone call. Called Saturday, no one could tell me anything. Monday still no phone call. Finally get a call Tuesday, have to leave work again. The front license plate bracket was put on rather quickly. Get pulled over later that night for having louisiana plates on the back of my car and BOTH Texas plates installed on the front. Numerous phone calls to general manager Jeff Nash have yet to be returned. I would never do business with these idiots ever again. Peltier Nissan gets 1 star because there’s no option to give zero. Will find another dealership to do business with.

After doing a little homework and figuring out exactly which car I was in the market for, I checked with several auto-​buying services such as AMEX, USAA, and NFCU. On average, they promised prices that were almost $ 1500 under MSRP. Unfortunately, none of them had participating delaers in the Tyler area.
With two kids under two, it wasn’t very convenient making the drive all the way out to Dallas. After checking with the Internet Department, they were able to offer me exactly what I was looking for at $ 1700+ under the MSRP! No pressure, no bait and switch gimmicks, no smoke and mirrors. Highly recommended to all, thanks Doug Kinnard!

My sister spent all day going back and forth with these dishonest people.
She is a mother of four working outside in the East TX heat delivering mail. She wanted to trade her current car in and get a new car for the first time in 2001! She asked them if the car was a demo and ONLY owned by Nissan. Thankfully the deal fell through and she got away from the car because this dealership’s idea of a demo is sold in Oklahoma to someone. WRECKED and sold at auction twice. Run away, these folks have been dishonest from the start just like Nissan Corporate!
