Not sure what all the craze is about this place. First the service is slow, 2nd the prices are outrageous for the quality of burger you get, 3rd i guess loud is the culture they want to create. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and drink which came to almost $ 17. Thats fine if the meal was worth it but the burger was the size of a Big Mac and a bag full of fries. I will stick to my other burger joint which is pricey but very much worth it.

Way overpriced and the seating is terrible. I felt like I was sitting in an elementary school cafeteria. The fries were plentiful, but at the price you pay they should be.

I like this place, the burgers are fresh, cooked when you order it. The fries are plentiful. I like that I can choose from lots of toppings for free. The soda machine has water and basically any drink choice you may want. The bacon is always crispy and not fatty like some other places. Burgers are great but I have had better. My family has been here several times and we will continue to return. Fries are decent, a small or medium order can be enough for 3 people to share. Outside seating is available as well as regular inside so that’s a plus when it’s warm out. The staff is helpful and friendly. The floors and tables are kept very clean.

I seriously love this place. It has some serious 80’s vibe, and it’s so cozy. Most importantly, the food is so so great. The burgers aren’t greasy and they don’t look processed; the fries come in good portions and they’re perfectly salted. Plus, they give out roasted peanuts! I recommend it to anyone.

As good as other five guys. Restaurant was a bit dirty but that’s to be expected at dinner hour. Food was on par with what I expected– we had a variety of burgers and grilled cheese all of which were ok.

As Five Guys go, this one has a ways to go. Burger came out with piece of cold cheese not even melted. Only upside were Cajun fries. Man I wish we had In N Out Burger.

I was eager to see this location open. I worked in longview for a while, and I loved to eat at the five guys there. The longview location was also very generous with the fries, a medium was a cup stuffed full and a huge scoup on top in the bag. We took turns buying fries, it was a good value. I have eaten at the Tyler location 6 times since their opening, and each time they have managed to disappoint me. They have yet to get my burger right in six times. This last time I was excited because it looked right, little did I know there were stray pieces of onion hiding in the mayo. So far I have received burned patties, and half raw patties. The fries have always been just a bit under cooked. Just enough where you wish they left them in another 30 seconds. On top of the fact that the medium fries here are probable a third what Longview gives. For some reason half the time my cheese was half off the burger in a gooey mess of alumnium wrapping, greese, and cheese. This last visit was enough for me. I’m done with the Tyler location.

Terrible. Soggy wet bun that fell apart. Bland over cooked meat. Paid $ 7 for cheeseburger, $ 3 for small fry, and $ 3 for a small coke. What a rip off. Music was so loud inside that we couldn’t even hear each other at our table. Won’t be coming back. Much better options for a burger in town.

I thought it was as good as any Five Guys. Good quality burger that came as I ordered it. I really like Five Guys Cajun fries. I will be back.

Going to have to remove a star already… after a flawless opening day, they already screwed up my easy order. I ordered(onilne) a bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms for take out. The ticket said«bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms». When I came home the burger had no mushrooms and was covered in onions. I absolutely hate onions and this really pissed me off. UGH. Why do places in Tyler have such a hard time getting orders correct? I ate at the Five Guys in Vegas probably 2 dozen times with never a screwed up order.

What a disappointment! I was really looking forward to Five Guys opening and unfortunately, it was not worth the wait. We were there on a Friday night about 6:45 and it was so loud that the cashier couldn’t hear our order. She even left off a drink because she couldn’t hear me. The burger was big but had no flavor and was messy to eat. After waiting over 20 minutes to get a burger in a bag they made it wrong. When I told them they just gave me mustard in a cup and didn’t offer to remake the monstrosity. My buddy said that it was really hard to eat something that wasn’t that good. He also ordered fries and ate a couple and said they weren’t worth it-no flavor. For my money Reggie’s or Smashburger were much better and you can get onion rings. I won’t be going back-it wasn’t worth the hassle, lack of seating and loud atmosphere.
