Run from booking this place. Three nights in a row of constant noise. If you notice in the pictures the doors to the rooms are directly in front of the parking spaces. So when people park in those spots, they park directly in front of your door. Every night party outside=noise. The last night was the crown however, noise outside and then a 2 a.m. «wake-up» until 5a.m. from the next door neighbors who were blasting the TV and carrying on like a bunch of delinquents. They kept yelling out how messed up(F-ed up they were), throwing stuff, banging around… Of course, there is absolutely no security. When I called the front desk, the gal on duty knocked on the door, but as soon as she walked away they just continued.(I thought she was pretty brave to even do that). When I spoke to the manager the next morning, he was very dismissive and suggested that I was over reacting. IN addition to this, on Valentine’s Day morning the breakfast area could not handle the amount of people making it a mob scene and completely unmanageable. The two young girls handling this madhouse were overwhelmed and not one manager stepped in and took control of the situation. Poorly run and a free for all. Stay away and if you don’t and it happens to you all I can say is… I told ya so!.(The two gals in the breakfast room were the only good part of this place and this review is in no way a reflection on them)

This was a great location for the National Park, close to the east entrance on Utah Rd. Rooms were clean and upgraded. Mattress were high and comfortable enough. Bathroom was clean and had good water pressure. Standard rooms had microwave and mini fridge. Staff were friendly and professional. — Our luck ran out when our room lost power on our second night. We were stuck without lights or heat in November. This was on Friday night and they told us the maintenance guy will not be back until Monday morning. Unbelievable that a business would not have coverage on a busy weekend, not even for emergencies. A simple circuit breaker reset would probably have fixed things, but no one knew where the panel was or who to call for help. They couldn’t do anything as the motel was full. They did move us the next night when a room opened up. Tips: ask for higher number rooms, as they are set further back from the main road and are much quieter at night.

We stayed here on a Saturday night and were happy with how close this motel was to the Oasis Visitor Center and North entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. For $ 62 with tax we had a clean room with a comfy bed and a jacuzzi tub. Staff was nice, check in was a bit weird since it was next door at the Rodeway Inn. There was also a pool which we did not try out. Lots of parking. Free wifi on an open network. Good free continental breakfast with bagels, cereal, toast, muffins, yogurt, coffee, fruit juice, etc. It was worth the extra $ 10 for the jacuzzi bathtub. AAA discount available.
