K K Nails & Spa

I have been coming to K K Nails for over 15 years now and I can tell you they are the best. Teresa is excellent at pink & white nails and Moon gives really good leg/​foot massages. They recently got new spa chairs that are so comfortable and I really look forward to the massage after a work day. The girls are all so very pleasant and seem to enjoy what they do.

I’ve been going to KK Nails and Spa for a good amount of time now so felt it was time to do a review. First and foremost they have great customer service here and I’ve noticed the ladies always remember their customers and the services they usually request. They are always welcoming and pleasant to be around. I’ve had my nails done here and had waxing done as well and haven’t had a negative experience. If you’re ever unsure of what to get (color/​design wise) the ladies there are good at providing suggestions! Prices are also very friendly too!

This is the only place where I will come and get my mani/​pedi.
It’s located in Tustin, kindda over where Gen and all the good food joints are (so you can get your nails done AND grab something yummy to eat, AFTERS is closeby also)
Everytime I come I’m greeted by one of the ladies, whom are all very kind and also are great at doing my nails. I’ve never been disappointed walking out of their store! They actually take their time and won’t let you leave until your nails are nothing less than PERFECT. I’ve taken a few girlfriends here and they all love it as well. You definitely can’t beat the prices!
Needless to say, this is my go-​to nail shop! :)

This place is AMAZING!!! I been coming here for over 10 years. Few years ago I moved to Laguna and tried to find nails salon close to my home. I have to say, there is NO place like KK !!! Every 2 weeks I drive 30 mins to Tustin to have my nails done. They do a GREAT job !!! Highly recommend!!!

My whole family has come here for years and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. I feel very comfortable around the owner and other employees. I’ve gotten multiple compliments on my nails as well. Very recommended.

This was my first visit here and they were so welcoming and kind. My mom has been going here for quite some time so when they found out I was her daughter they gave me a complimentary flower on my toes! It’s a fun atmosphere and I will definitely be coming back.

They are so friendly and they treat you like a princess the time there is for relax i love it. And… Michel did a great work with my vday desing.

A little out of my way but it was worth it. Amazing prices and quality work. I got a full acrylic set, with gel polish and a rhinestone design. I have spent hours in a chair getting my nails done, she was so quick and it did not affect the quality of the job. All of that was only $ 45. I’ve paid upwards of $ 80 or more for the same service in other salons in Orange County. These ladies deserve to be tipped well. Their service is excellent and I will definitely be going back for a fill and color change.

I have never been to a more friendly nail establishment. My parents are regulars. They come every week. Both my Dad and step mom get pampered each week with manicures (a full set/​fill for my step mom) and pedicures. Every once in awhile when I come to visit them in OC, I join them for a morning of pampering.
These ladies have the ultimate customer service skills. They are friendly, catering to your needs, and fabulous at what they do. I can see how much they value my parents as customers. There’s always something to talk about and they are hilarious! I just wish I could find a nail salon where I live that’s like this!
They offer a lot here and at very reasonable pricing. You can get waxed, they have regular and spa pedicures, manicures, full sets, and they even have gel.
You can’t go wrong with any of the ladies helping you.
We are always seated right away. The salon is always clean. They are very sanitary. They put plastic in the tub of the spa pedicure chair and change it out for every customer. They open up the tools in front of you. That shows me that they are clean and sanitized.
If you’re looking for a friendly place with great customer service, this is the place for you.

I have been coming in for almost a year for my acrylic nails and pedicures… Love the atmosphere, everyone is friendly and they do an excellent job! Even got my boyfriend to come in with me to have his feet worked on. Highly recommended you will not be disappointed!

Have been going every two weeks to KK Nails for over 5 years now. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and professional. They make us feel welcome every time we call for an appointment or walk in the door. Visiting KK Nails is always an enjoyable time.

Place is clean and I like it that they take out the tools out of the sterilized packaging in front of you. Everyone is really friendly, decent color and magazine collection. I like going to Michelle, she «details» my hands. I’m one of those that picks and I get a lot of skin (I know, gross) and she just goes to town making sure I don’t have any spots to pick at. Ladies are great and I try to get in there every two weeks.

Teresa and Moon are so great at what they do. They give great customer service always. Although they are a little far from where I live, it is definitely worth the drive. I am always very satisfied and they always go above and beyond to deliver an excellent mani, pedi, or fill.

Gone every two weeks for 8 years… love it! Clean, efficient, and just a great experience. I highly recommend.

have been a regular for over a year and think it is the best in the area. The owners are there most of the time and offer great customer service.
But Nguyet is the best.

I have been coming here for 13 years (Gads! Time has flown) and have never had terrible service. I have always been greeted with my name and a smile. Even new folks who come into the salon are greeted with a friendly smile and hello.
They are experienced in pink and white and my nails come out natural looking not thick and chunky. They offer facials and waxing services as well. All moderately priced and professionally done. I recommend coming to get beautified… is that a word? Lol

I went looking for a new nail place and came here for a pedi a couple weeks ago. They did a great job! So I decided to get a $ 25 gel manicure yesterday. The gel is already peeling off and I’ve not too happy about the quality of the work. The gel isn’t as thick as other salons I’ve been too. Maybe this is why it peeled off the next day. The ladies are very nice but I won’t be coming here again.

The owner, Carissa, is annoying. She doesn’t have tact. When she told me to go sit in the spa chair, she was abrupt and said «here let me show you how to get in the chair» and said it in a tone like I was stupid. She also seemed to rush through my manicure.
They need to work on their personal appearance with how they do their hair, since they are in the beauty industry.
They have a sign saying there will be a $ 25 fee for all returned checks, even though they don’t accept checks.
Their prices are ok, I took a friend, so two manicures for $ 30? Sure, why not. I’ll most likely not be back here though.
