went to their Tustin office for a simple IUI procedure. when my husband donated the sperm, his swimmers were viable. when I went in for the insemination procedure 5 months later, there were no live sperm. the only conclusion the two of us can come to (and we are both doctors) is that the nurse practitioner incorrectly thawed his sperm and killed all of them. the clinic doctor cannot explain how this could happen.
