A Baby Visit

I’m giving this place a 1 so far. I just called their ²⁴⁄₇ phone number and the guy with a heavy thick accent, Henry, was a COMPLETE and TOTAL asshole. I could barely understand him, but when he finally slowed down and actually tried talking to another human being, this is the conversation we had:
Henry: «When do you want to set up your appointment?»
Me: «As soon as possible.»
Henry: «What day do you want?»
Me: «Any day, whenever the next available time is.» (I may be wrong but to me this sentence is pretty straightforward)
Henry: «OK. ANY DAY TODAY? ANY DAY TOMORROW? OR ANY DAY MONDAY? JUST GIVE ME A DAY!» (This statement doesn’t even make sense and you can tell he is just being an asshole).
(The conversation just escalates from here.)
But WTF?!? Are you serious?! Do you realize you’re dealing with a pregnant female who is raging with hormones! I was speechless!!! I’ve been in customer service for a LONG TIME and I KNOW how difficult it could be to suppress any negative emotion you may have if you’re having a bad day or are dealing with a rude ass customer, but seriously?
Despite dealing with that ass, the one positive thing I received from this phone call was my appointment. Therefore, I’m hoping this appointment later today can change my whole outlook on this place, or they will NEVER hear the end of it.

I will recommend everyone I know to A babys visit! Contrary to the other reviews I had a wonderful experience! I came on a Sunday around noon and had yessenia (I think was her name) help me. And she is the best ultrasound tech ever! Very engaging, very warm and all around provided excellent customer service. It took 30 mins for baby to turn because he was sleeping and she did not give up! She’s such an angel, if I went home without a gender I would have been incredibly sad and she knew that so she helped me try numerous exercises and positions to get baby to turn and when he finally did, we saw what we needed to see and was very happy! Thank you so much for the experience! It was wonderful and I will be back for the 3D ultrasound!
Just a tip, there is a check in offer that is valid! And also I bought the monkey with a heartbeat and it was $ 40 but so worth it if it’s your first child!

Honestly can’t say why there are bad reviews here I had an amazing experience and couldn’t ask for more. Love my baby girl, big theatre experience for our whole family the staff was friendly she was great.

I would really think about doing you ultrasound here! I went in 3 weeks ago not only was Jennifer rude in the beginning but then there was no way ink for my ultrasound pictures. Jennifer told me she would Handel it that week and ask owner to get ink but I did not hear back. I paid 129 plus my parents left her a tip of 20 so she could buy lunch cause she stated that she never takes her lunches. We felt bad and just made best of it. I been calling every week asking for status and the man who answers the phone which I was told is the owner from Jennifer Said that he would find out what’s going on and get back to he never did I had to call all the time. Then the last time we spoke he said he left a message which he did not and if I had to pull phone records of incoming calls I would just to prove a point. No apology from him or nothing or offering something for inconvenience. Not only were the pictures not good but service sucked. I called yesterday which I was supposed to have received a call Thursday but did not receive from owner I left message and Cynthia called me said to pick up photos. I went had to wait 30 minutes because she was doing ultrasound sound in the back. They only have one person as staff there. I was upset had to wait she blamed the printer ink and said well there’s nothing I can do. I wanted to use those pictures for my photo shoot and did not do to me not having photos waste of money. Worst customer service! They also don’t like to give receipts but I made Jennifer give me one cause I paid cash they only like to take cash don’t like giving receipts. I recommend you get it and make sure you ask if all equipment is working they don’t call and confirm appointments or let you know that they don’t have ink or issues till your out of your ultrasound and have your money! They also don’t put music or anything on dvd when recording or clean up pictures! I would have thought that the owner would have at least apologize for inconvenience and been friendlier but nop he was not at all apologetic or nice! Hope this helps I don’t want no one going through what I went through! This was supposed to be exciting experience I am high risk and this is my little miracle baby I thought we were going to have a great experience but sadly it did not turn out like that. And to the owner thanks for not apologizing!!!

Advertisements that contain representations that are false, misleading, or deceptive are an unfair trade practice and illegal under state and federal laws. To be found guilty of false advertising, it must be shown that the advertisement was deceptive in nature. Proof that the ad actually harmed anyone is not important. Moreover, the intentions of the advertiser are irrelevant, including if the false or deceptive advertisement was a mistake.
I never got 4 items the company said it would give on how they have on their website. So it’s false advertisement. And out of 32 days that I was suppose to get my items I never got a call from them on their part. I had to always call. And they still didn’t have my items ready. And on their website it says take everything home at time of visit.
Do not give this establishment your business. They are inconsiderate and rude. The management is neglectful and a bullying type. Never considerate of pregnant women just care about taking your money by up selling the package.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!

Despite some of the reviews I gave this place a shot & couldn’t be happier that I did! They have a big comfy place for you to lay down while they do the ultrasound & a movie theatre setting. It’s really unique & awesome. I did the gender reveal, which was a quick ultrasound w/​6 print-​outs for $ 39 (less than any ultrasound place near by — And I couldn’t imagine they have a better set up /​ultrasound tech. This is my 2^nd baby & it’s the nicest one I’ve seen.) The tech was so sweet & we felt like she took her time pointing everything out even though it was a quick gender reveal. She noticed within the first minute or 2 of looking what we were having! She gave us some really good prints to take home as well.

Just had my 3D/​4D ultrasound with Jenn today, she was so patient and waited for my baby to drop his hand. We captured some amazing photos, I was beyond satisfied!

Found out my gender of my baby! Thanks to Jennifer I had an amazing beautiful visit would recommend anyone to get a scan here

Had the perfect experience at a bbys visit got the best customer service and really good quality she was very professional and i would really recommend this spot have jen with the twins !!!

Omg. Technician Jen was awesome. Super professional, super down to earth. Overall wonderful experience. The pricing is very reasonable. The packages are also very reasonably priced. Facility is very clean. Temperature is very comfortable. This is My first grandbaby. It’s a girl!!! Sooo happy. Big viewing screen. Super comfy couches. Very family friendly. She did not rush us at all. Can’t wait to come back at 40 weeks.

Called to make an apointment and guy was rude and hard to understand and didnt like the fact the bathroom was so far away and hard to open the door being pregnant needed to go pee so bad exspecially since i had to drink water before apoitment and all the pressing to see the baby made me almost pee my pants on the way trying to open the door.

Great experience here with Jenn! Loved the pictures I got and the space was big enough for my whole family. Thank you so much!

If I can give this place 0 star or negative star I would. I got yelled at over the phone by the appointment guy in his weird accent. I’m sorry, I pay for the service I’m not asking for free session. I had called to say that I’m running a little late for my appointment at 6pm because there were traffic coming in from where I work. I called to ask and he was so beyond rude to yell at me and say that if I can’t make it by 6:10 then I have to wait til the 2 people after me. What was upsetting wasn’t that I had to be behind 2 people but the way he talked so I told him to just cancel my appointment and I hung up. He had the audacity to call me back lol to yell at me for cancelling the appointment and told me to go somewhere else.
If you can’t accommodate that’s fine but to yell at your customers over the phone and to call them back just to yell at them some more? I mean he was yelling so loud my husband can hear him and my phone was not on speaker. Honestly even if I get free session I would still not come here. Unbelievable!!!
It will only be the matter of time til people turn away from this place.

I would never come back to this place! The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because I can’t give zero stars. We got the $ 109 package which includes a 20 minute DVD, black and white pictures, colored pictures, teddy bear and some other things.
The first time that I came for our 4D ultrasound we had to wait about 20 minutes because she had someone else in the room even though our appointment was at 5:00! Our tech was Jen I think, once she had us go inside the room we were ready to start the ultrasound. She then tells us if we can go back outside because she had another appointment for a gender ultrasound. She said it would only take about 5 minutes so we went back outside even though we had already waited. When we go back inside she starts the ultrasound again and my baby was facing my back so we could only see the back of his head. She only tried for about 2 – 3 minutes then asked me to get up to do some exercises and then when I laid back down she preceded with the ultrasound for 1 minute. She then tells me that we would have to come back again within a week. Keep in mind that I went to he Orange location and I had family coming from West Covina and Montebello. She barely even tried to do everything she could so that we can see our baby!
The second time we came Jen had another family in the room again even though our appointment was at 12! When she finishes with them she comes outside and tells us that the projector wasn’t working and if we wanted to reschedule again. We didn’t even get a call to let us know that is wasn’t working. We were not going to come again because my family from West Covina, Corona, and Victorville came again! After about 2 hours of waiting she told us to just leave and go eat something because she was waiting for the tech to fix the projector. We left and then she gave me a call an hour later saying that the projector was working again. We started the ultrasound and we were able to see my baby’s face this time but the quality was horrible! She super rushed the whole thing and didn’t take her time explaining to the whole family what we were looking at. She then says that it has been 16 minutes and that our time was up because she already had 4 minutes saved from the first time we came. WTF?! They should do a full 20 minute ultrasound the first time and then have us come back for a full 20 minutes again as a curtesy. On top of that their colored printer wasn’t working so we didn’t even get to receive those.
Also when you call to make an appointment you have to call about 15 times before you can even speak to someone! They are so unorganized and very unprofessional. I wish I would have went to a different place to see my baby. The quality was horrible we couldn’t even see his face because it was extremely blurry. I would never recommend this place to anyone, please save your time and money in trying to see your baby at this place. Go somewhere else and never come to this place!

Came here with my family to find out the gender of my brothers baby. What a great place. There was a huge room with plenty of seating to hold our large group!

Welcomed and made my wife feel very comfortable!!! Images came out great and DVD was great!!!

I’m really hesitant to give 3 stars, but when we went in March (gender reveal at 14 weeks for $ 40) we had a wonderful experience and our technician was amazing, I wish I knew her name! We got some very cute photos. If it was just a review of that experience, 5 stars!
However, unfortunately, they have no one to answer any of their numbers despite advertising their ²⁴⁄₇ phone line — BS.
I’ve called several times the past week with NO answer. Today I called at least 10 times, probably more (between 8:30am and 10:30am) and no answer from any of the three different numbers I tried (Orange, Riverside and toll free). Plus, voicemail hasn’t been set up!
I’m so disappointed. My husband is traveling tomorrow so we went to a different place that was OK, slightly less expensive, but not nearly as good and now we feel like we wasted money :/​I guess A Baby Visit lost a customer and future referrals.

Jenn was amazing. She did a great job on our ultrasound with our baby girl Mia. Very patient and took her time to show us every detail. We will be back.

Worst experience of my life. I am very upset to be honest. I called today (about 10 times before anyone answered) at about 330pm. I made an appointment for 8pm tonight. I had some personal issues and I was LITERALLY a second away from calling to reschedule my appoint for tomorrow when he called me and told me that since I didn’t cancel at least 24 hours in advance he was gonna charge me $ 40. I told him I wasn’t going to pay that (obviously why would I drive down there and pay him if I couldn’t make it to my appointment) and besides how could I cancel 24 hours in advance if I made the appointment 5 hours prior. He threatened me with sending a bill to a collection agency. ??? Ridiculous. Rude. And I am outraged. I was looking forward to coming to here and meet my baby but after this I will make sure any friend of mine will ever come here. Absolutely ridiculous .
Lost a customer before I could even have a chance to come in. Very disappointed. That man needs to learn a thing or two about customer service.

My husband & I had an 11:00 appointment. We arrived early but there was no one there. We waited near the cute little koi pond right outside. Such a nice area hidden on Anita St.
The lovely tech arrived & informed us that they are open by appointment only which is good to know. She was very sweet & got us all set up in the «viewing» room very fast. We started straight away. We loved seeing our baby on the HUGE screen. There was a seating area for our family but since we wanted it to be a surprise we did not take advantage of that.
The tech was very informative. She pointed out our baby parts fairly fast as she identified the gender. She also walked us thru the different images that we were looking at.
We were more than happy with our entire experience. Thank you Baby Visit!
