Broke the glass on my iPhone this week and got referred to Brandon Smith by a Starbucks employee while I was using app (be nice to everyone, you never know who will say what to add to your credibility). I had seen him fix phones at my fave Starbucks so I knew who they were talking about.
Brandon got back to me immediately and made good on his promise of fixing it in ten minutes and letting me come by anytime. His staff member who worked with me (Spencer, I believe) was also top notch. In and out… Works fantastic and I got a year warranty.
Highly recommend. Responsive business and his staff are solid as well.

I had my wife’s Motorola droid cell screen fixed this morning. I showed up without a scheduled appointment. They offered to replace the cracked screen at that time if I did not mind waiting. I am retired. No problem. They took care of 3 customers and then me. I watched they whole process. Very cool. Brandon and his assistant are first class. Service was impeccable. Do not waste your time going anywhere else. The small office is on the second floor in room#4. I heard they will be moving downstairs soon. Call them to verify. If you need an immediate fix such as a tradesman or a physician. This is the place for the fix. Once the word gets out on the rapid repair they may not able to fix your screen while you wait. Brandon thank you for a fair price, but above all awesome and expert service.

Fast quick and easy. Replaced my iPhone 5 battery (that was showing some wear) for $ 55.

My iphone broke on Thursday, I went to them Friday around lunch, problem diagnosed quickly and fixed just as quick, all at more than a fair price, and my replacement battery gave me my phone, lifeline, back. I was ready to buy a new phone– didn’t need to.
I had a second phone i thought had a hardware problem, their effective diagnosis said it was a earphone problem not a hardware problem, so good to go, no charge.
If you have an iphone or tablet problem, make them your first stop.

At 6:45 last night I called Quik Fix crossing my fingers that they still might be open, after about 10 unanswered rings I unhappily realized they were closed! I drove into their location lot just to familiarize myself for where they are located and my phone rang it was Brandon Smith owner of Quik Fix. I had a great experience with Brandon. I called him and we scheduled a time within the next day. He has this down to a science. The actual repair only took 10 minutes and he uses all genuine parts. This place is legit and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. And still cheaper than the Apple Store

Brandon and Chris are the best!!! Brought my iPhone 6 in to have my cracked screen fixed. They replaced my screen in about 30 minutes. They used all original iPhone parts and offer a one year warranty. I highly recommend them!

14 months ago, I graduated to an iPhone. My horrible clumsiness and general readiness to drop and destroy my phone kept me with the super outdated, $ 20 phones. But, my husband finally convinced me that I was enough of a grown up to take care of my very own «astronaut phone», as I like to call them. And I did a bang up job of keeping it in pretty good condition! Until.
I was walking out of my house to go to class. I was struggling with a textbook, notebook, wallet, keys and my phone. I was sure I didn’t need to bring my backpack that day. I fumbled around trying to lock my door. The textbook started to slide, then my wallet started to slide. In my quick lunge to catch them before they tumbled from my grasp, I heard the thud I knew would, but was hoping wouldn’t, happen. I dropped my phone. Face down. It was Schrodinger’s phone for a bit. It landed face down, so it was both broken and unbroken. I waffled, deciding if I should even pick it up to see what I already knew deep down had happened. My phone was destroyed.
My phone was not a little bit cracked. No no. It was totally shattered. The screen, while it would light up, stayed black. All I could do was plead with Siri to read my messages to me and hope that my year of saying horrible things to Siri wouldn’t catch up, and he wouldn’t see this as an opportunity to end all ties with my friends, since I had to rely on him to read and relay messages. (Yes. I have Canadian man Siri. He gets me.)
I found these guys on Unilocal after finding out how much it would be to replace my phone entirely (which is the reason I had previously stuck to the $ 20 and under category of phone). I decided it was at least worth a look about getting my screen replaced, though I would sure my phone was totaled and that I would need a new one. I called them, and they said they would be able to get me in that very afternoon. They gave me the price, which was $ 95, and said it would take about 10 minutes to repair it right in front of me.
We did have a little bit of trouble finding this, since it was across the street from The Blue Willow, in an office building, up the stairs, through a very dark room, down a hall and to the left, but once we did, Chris and Brandon were awesome. They were fun guys who fixed my phone really quickly, kept up a fun conversation (by the way, guys, if you’re reading this, this is the wife of Feisty Pants!), and while I hope I never have to see them again, if I broke my phone or iPad I wouldn’t hesitate to come in and have them take care of it for me!
This was a great service at a very reasonable price, and they have a Unilocal check in deal going on right now. These are, for sure, the guys I will recommend to my friends who are like me and have electronics that hate them and like to leap from their hands.

I just didn’t want to spend $ 220 changing the screen of a 3 years old iPad! So did a Google search & read the reviews, and off I went meet Brandon & his tech. They offer for you to wait during the fix, ($ 85 for mine), prompt, courteous, and just all around nice guys. My advice: Save bucks & give this young bright entrepreneur a chance at success!

Fast, easy, reasonably priced, and totally professional. Brandon sets up in the local Starbucks, saving iPhones, and peoples’ sanity, one customer at a time. My iPhone 5 was shattered beyond recognition, or hope of recovery, and I was both distraught and skeptical. But before I had the chance to order coffee, he had replaced the screen, had the home button working again, and politely asked if I’d like to add a new screen protector before he finished. Amazing!

I dropped my iPhone onto the tile floor at my house. It landed face down with a cringe-​inducing bang. I knew what I would see before I even picked it up. My screen was shattered from top to bottom. A couple years ago my husband broke his phone screen, and he found a U of A student that fixed it for him. I looked online and couldn’t find that guy, but I did find Brandon. I called him in the morning and he met meat a Starbucks in the afternoon of the same day. He showed up with a roll of tools and immediately started taking apart my phone like a pro. The new screen was installed before I could even finish my drink, in about 15 minutes. I’m typing this review on my phone, and it’s as good as new. He even gives a 10% discount with Unilocal check-​in. I hope I never break my phone screen again, but if I do I know Brandon can take care of it.

My iPhone 5c screen went black. The YouTube videos I called T-​Mobile and this was the easiest cheapest way to fix my phone. He fixed my phone in 15 min and charged me less than my insurance deductible. He was easy to get a hold of and is very nice! I definitely recommend giving him a call.

I was upset my iPad screen shattered because my little niece always happens to throw my electronics, that’s my luck. My good friend said to call Brandon and he would even meet me to fix it so I did. I was a bit skeptical not knowing if it’s possible but it was fast and affordable… My niece broke her iPhone 6 screen and I sent her Brandon’s info and I hope she called him!
