Johnnie the owner is licensed, bonded and insured for residential remodeling. He has 11 years of experience serving Tucson, AZ.

We have recently been featured on the new home improvement show «Fix it and Finish it.»

We provide extensive remodeling services including painting, kitchen remodels, bath remodels, custom lighting, flooring, electrical, and most other remodeling projects.

We offer «Honey do» repair packages of half or full day. Make your «Honey Do» list and give us a call. One of our team members will be happy to fix your leaky faucet, drafty door, install a ceiling fan, and hang those shelves you have intended to get to for the past year. We leave the house clean and ready to live in.

The owner, John Walker, has 11 years of experience as a licensed contractor in the residential remodeling arena.

A combined experience of all of our associates is over about 100 years in carpentry, electrical, paint, windows & doors, and other remodeling services.

Business Owner

John is from Michigan originally where he learned about the process required to provide journeyman quality craftsmanship while working in the construction trades during his college years.

After getting a degree in drafting he worked as an automotive designer for the next ten years designing concept cars which further enhanced his eye for detail.

After marrying a desert rat and getting an idea of what life is like without snow, John moved to Arizona and returned to working in the trades while looking for a position in engineering again.

He noted a niche market for quality craftsmanship and that is where Beyond Paint’s specialty area is.

After transitioning from being licensed with another firm John named his new company Beyond Paint because paint work got the company through the economic down turn, however the company provides a full range of remodeling services.

John has 11 years of experience as a licensed contractor in the State of Arizona.
