Miracle Movers

Miracle Movers are so great. They work hard and fast and within a short time they seem like friends. Their prices are better than most and they are worth every penney. I just loved these guys. They packed all my stuff carefully and nothing was scratched or broken. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing their furniture moved. And I think I did have a little miracle; I knocked over a grandfather type clock and caught it before it fell all the way. This clock hasn’t worked for 20 years and it started chiming and when I wound it up it started ticking. Miracle? Don’t know, just saying.

Miracle Movers more or less lived up to their name in saving me from what was nearly a disastrous move across the country. After having some problems with movers at my initial location, I ended up arranging to have my stuff shipped freight with ABF (Upack online). I was told on Wednesday that my belongings would arrive on either Thursday or Friday (a holiday), so I needed movers on short notice with flexibility. Dotan of Miracle Movers said that he would be available Friday morning to help me move at 7:00 and they offered to do it for a reasonable price. He also said that the price would be fixed even if the move went over the three hours he expected that it would take two people to move.
On Friday morning, I get to the ABF station to find it closed, despite them having told me it would be open for normal business hours. After a few panicked calls, I find that it will be open at 7:30 and ask the guys at Miracle Movers to come then instead of at 7:00, which they agree to. Things still didn’t go as planned, though, as the freight had never been unloaded from my truck and it would not be ready until 9:30am or so. Without complaint, Dotan agreed to come back at 9:30 and help me complete the move for no additional cost. He and Richard showed up earlier than needed and chatted with me until the freight was unloaded and the trailer was moved into position (about 9:45). Once it was time to work, they were efficient and careful with my belongings. Throughout the entire ordeal, they maintained their composure and were friendly towards my wife and I. They are a small company compared to some of the movers in town but they did the job well and for a fair price. I would not hesitate to use them again for another move.

We have now used these guys twice. In a 2 year span. Again, they were GREAT to deal with ! On time, professional and VERY reasonably priced. I can’t figure out why they have a few reviews that complain. It must be one of those Unilocal things that have some businesses complaining. Interestingly, for some reason Miracle Movers doesn’t even come up in search real easily.
Use these guys.

I wanted to move my washer and dryer from my former home to my current home and vice versa. I called these guys and made an appointment. They called to ask it would be OK for them to arrive 30 minutes late which it was for me and sure enough they arrived when they said they would. Now the asked if I had any gas pipe dope since the dryer was in my current home was electric and the new one was gas. Nope, so I stopped by Lowe’s and got a tube. At my former home, it turned out that the power cord on the dryer was different from the socket on the wall and they said they’d change it for me and I could get the right on at a nearby Ace Hardware. All changed and installed and ditto at my current home. I could not be happier about this and they went WAY beyond what I expected. Great guys and do what commit to doing. Very reasonable price too!

Granted, I did not USE this company, so this is more a rating based on communication. I just called and asked for a quote to move a spinet piano (smaller sized) and was told it would be $ 200 (also, a one-​block move). The owner then informed me that «any piano company you call will charge $ 300 – 350,» which is absolutely NOT TRUE. If you need a PIANO moved, call Ramsey’s or Ley Piano Company for a reasonable price. Needless to say Ley is moving it for $ 100.

These guys are fantastic. EXTREMELY conscientious. They moved us from Tucson to Phoenix and it took two days. They arrived even BEFORE they said they would, and worked over ten hours each day. They took our baby grand piano apart and put it back together again in our new house. They moved our stuff — a five bedroom, three bathroom house — and nothing was scratched. We have about 100 framed works of art, and NONE were marred. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They may quote you a very good price to move you, and their quote may not be what you actually end up paying, but they are worth every dime you’ll end up paying them. And, they are very nice people, too.
