Pioneer Pest & Termite Control Inc

My original review was removed for some reason, so I’m reposting.
This company has been great to work with. I worked directly with Dave. With a toddler and multiple pets at home, I was concerned with the impact the spray might have, but he was very conscientious of the areas he sprayed and was respectful of my dogs. We had a really bad cricket problem and after telling him, he said he had a solution for us. Amazingly, it worked. Very knowledgeable with other concerns I had as well, such as spring-​tail bugs in the bathroom (which he got rid of), termite treatment and the number of earwigs in our house has been reduced to 0 alive, all dead.
I would recommend this company because unlike other commercial-​type pest control, there is no contract required but he still manages to maintain a regular schedule and helps you stick with it. If you’re not able to do it at that time, there is no pressure which I really appreciated after being trolled by another company that forces you to lock into a deal if you want their service.

This company deserves 0 stars. The review posted already obviously came from the owner itself or a friend of the owner. I had employed by this company to do a termite treatment on my home, when they came to do this treatment they broke a water line. When they broke the water line they cause additional damage by breaking another line. Instead of stopping and calling a professional who knew what they were doing like I told him to the owner proceeded 2 install a new water line which was against code, destroying my carport causing cracks in my foundation running to my home. This whole time his attitude was that he was doing me a favor, not once did he acknowledge the fact that had he not damaged my home in the first place none of this would have happened and had he not stop and called the a professional who knew what they were doing, he would not have done 5000 worth of damage to my home. I tried to deal with this man face to face like gentleman to deal with the issue and he had no clue or class on how to deal with it. So, I had to deal with it in other ways. Bottom line save yourself the headache and don’t bother wasting your money. This is my second posting my first posting was taken down
