We just used him for the first time and really enjoyed meeting him.
His work is excellent and he is very personable. His work is very neat and he is meticulous in what and how the job is done.

What a great experience dealing with Shawn! He went over and beyond the call of duty to provide not only beautifully clean carpets but top notch service. Very pleased with this company. Shaun was courteous and prompt in getting back to me to schedule the cleaning. He was on time and did a great job. He got out several grease stains that I thought we would have to deal with. Because Shaun is the owner and does the cleaning, he charges you the price that he quotes you and there is no bait and switch like with other companies. He actually charged me less than he should have because I mistakenly included our dining room in with the living room when I called for a quote. Also, because he is the owner, you get all his experience, not a minimum wager.

We purchased a coupon for cleaning three rooms of carpeting. We scheduled the cleaning a week in advance. He telephoned in advance on the day of service to ensure we were available at the scheduled time; he arrived on-​time and prepared. When he arrived, we also asked him to clean three area rugs, a large sectional sofa, and two chairs with ottomans. He quoted the additional charges, which we found very reasonable.
Shawn’s time estimate for cleaning was three hours. In fact he took five hours. He was utterly meticulous in cleaning each room and item. The additional effort and time he put into cleaning was not reflected in the additional cost. The final bill was the original quote.
We had purchased a different cleaning coupon a year ago. The provider failed to perform, so we were hopeful that this would work out. Shawn’s efforts exceeded all of our expectations. The twelve-​year old carpets appeared as if new. The area rugs and furniture were equally refreshed. We highly recommend his service.

Shawn Lanum is the owner of the company and he did an excellent job shampooing my home. After he left, I noticed that he’d missed a couple of small areas, but he corrected the problem a few days later when he was able to return, re-​shampooing the entire closet at my request and the small missed area in another bedroom. He was very professional and on time, and he attended to my concern over the missed areas politely and thoroughly. No grumbling, no hassle. I appreciated his good attitude and thoroughness to make things right. I give him five stars and would ask him to do my carpets again. Recommend.
