We are an Architecture Firm that specializes in full design services for Residential, Commercial, Religious, Educational, and Industrial projects. We also offer planning and site development work as well as coordination services with municipal agencies having jurisdiction over projects we are commissioned to design. We also provide Construction Administration services for in house projects as well as for projects produced by others.

History

Established in 1993.

Esquema Architecture began in 1993 as a partnership between Ygnacio Coppola and Juan de la Torre providing professional architectural design services for custom homes and professional office buildings. Over the years the firm has expanded its portfolio to include retail centers, religious, industrial warehouse and manufacturing plants, as well as educational projects. The firm has designed projects in both Mexico and Arizona and the two partners are registered architects in both locations.

Manager

Ygnacio Coppola, LEED AP, is a registered architect and a graduate of the University of Arizona College of Architecture, class of ’82. He worked eleven years with various firms in Tucson gathering a variety of experience in residential and commercial projects before partnering up with Juan de la Torre to form Esquema Architecture to offer professional Architectural services in the Southern Arizona and Northern Sonora Mexico market. His skills include design and management of projects, as well as marketing and construction services for a variety of project types.
