My name is Logan Longstreth, and I have over twenty years of experience in apartment management, building maintenance, construction and repair. I currently have openings for commercial and residential rental manager clients, and would like to offer my services as a timely, dependable and courteous vendor.

Over my career I have directed countless of my own projects and work crews, having the opportunity to work with managers, co-​workers, residents, and clients. I am skilled in quickly diagnosing and resolving light plumbing, electrical, equipment and building maintenance issues. Additionally, I am a skilled commercial painter, finish carpenter and remodeler. I am available for emergency and after-​hours maintenance calls.
