Rob, the salesman, replaced our lost granite remnant with a similar remnant, free of charge. The remnant was installed under his supervision personally and was installed to our satisfaction. He even helped figure out how best to install the granite in the tight space of our laundry room, which was technically challenging.

I would not recommend Andrew Lauren Granite to anyone. We ordered our granite through Lowes and Andrew Lauren was the installer. Since we paid a pretty price for our countertops, we wanted them to be perfect. When we weren’t happy with the initial installation, we wanted to have a few items fixed or redone. The owner was completely rude to us and I have never been treated as poorly by anyone. I was shocked that a company like Lo
