Rachel founded this business as a retail check casher and has developed into a financial services organization. A+ is a fully licensed property and casualty insurance agency. We are licensed by the state of Georgia to perform small personal loans. A+ has recently added a small business division to work with small businesses to assist with increasing cash flow and reducing expenses. All this in one package to MAKE IT HAPPEN for you.
