We’ve waited far too long to get our carpets cleaned… we have a dog and a two year old !
Not sure why we waited this long, but the carpet looks and smells clean! I’m so glad we went with these guys — Tom was professional and thorough, honest and up front about costs.
My only fear is that I’m going to be «that lady» who makes people take their shoes off before coming inside.

West linn oregon I just want to say that John was the most polite and explained all about my carpet. he was the third tech to come here… the previous 2 were good but my carpet looked terrible. streaky…John came today at 4 pm and worked it hard for 2 hours. .he made it look brand new. .I would recommend ask for him. Sweet guy. Used guards on corners and kept the door closed by the hose. he fixed my streaks and I am a happy customer… thanks Shelly at kink 101 he is the best. great job!!! John… he deserves a bonus! Cuz I was not happy the 2 previous cleanings. 10 stars to john n keep your accent John very cute. Got a recommendation for this carpet cleaning service, and I’m SO GLAD I did!!! Very happy with the results! I’ve been so reluctant to get the carpet cleaned (4 years old) and everyone knows it starts getting dirty again faster after you clean it (makes total sense). The person who recommended said her carpet is still clean and fresh after a few months! Good to know!!! :-D

This is the 2^nd time we have had Zerorez out to clean all of our carpets. The staff could not have been nicer or worked harder to clean our carpets. They look like new.
The way they clean is with a super heated special 11.5 pH water that does not leave any chemical smell or residue on the carpet.

If you are sick of hiring carpet cleaners that either charge you more once they arrive, take forever, have scary people working for them, or your carpets get dirty a day after they leave, call this company. I heard about Zerorez from my friend who lives in Minneapolis (with all the mud and snow they clean their carpets twice a year) and their method of cleaning carpets has them dry fast and not have old stains come back to the surface. Took him just over an hour to clean three rooms, a hallway and my stairs.

Superb service and friendly staff. They cleaned grease stains on my mattress and bed frame that resulted from careless movers as well as removed paint from my sloppy painter. Their products work well, albeit grease is nasty stuff and there was some residual in the mattress fabric that just wasn’t removable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

This is the second time I have used their services and could not be more pleased. The carpets are very light in color and after cleaning they look like new. I will continue to use their services. Both times the fellows were pleasant and worked hard to make me happy. Thanks guys!

Once again Zerorez came to my home and I am completely satisfied! Justin was my technician again and as before he walked me through the whole process and explained everything. I love that my carpet isn’t sticky or stiff after cleaning. It dries quickly also. Justin was so careful about protecting my home with stair guards for my staircase, protective booties (which he removed and put back on every time he came in and out of the house), and being so careful with the furniture. I will be a repeat customer again in the future. Just plain awesome!

Justin and Daniel of Zerorez Portland came out to my home today to clean 4 room and and walk in closets. They were extremely pleasant, and were very respectful of my home by wearing booties when they came in. My carpet looks great, and I couldn’t be happier!

If you’re looking for freshly cleaned carpets and don’t want that chemical odor left from most carpet cleaners, then this is the right company for you! Another wonderful thing about zerorez is that they leave the carpet feeling really soft, almost as if it was new.

My portable cleaner left «clean» stains that were stiff after they dried, so I hoped Zerorez really did not leave a residue on my expensive year old carpet. Happily, they did a great job! My «clean» stains are gone and my carpet is super soft again. The technician was nice and efficient. The carpets were only slightly damp afterwards and completely dry within 5 – 6 hours on a warm day.

Love walking on my freshly cleaned carpet barefoot. Soft fibers between my toes and not that crunch you would normally get after a shampoo. Thanks guys!

We just had Zerorez clean our carpet. All of our expectations were met. They did it for the price they quoted, the tech, Tom, called and showed up on time. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing. We will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend them to friends.

We purchased a home in Oregon City. We knew the previous owner had pets, but had no idea how bad the urine and vomit damage to the carpets was until they removed the furniture they had parked on top of the really bad places. Faced with the possibility of paying several thousand non-​budgeted dollars right after our down payment, we turned to Zerorez.
Justin cleaned and pet treated all the carpets other than the one room we knew we were re-​carpeting. He was very up front about what his service could and could not accomplish, and his expectations were accurate. He treated our house with great care, and he was great with my curious kids who kept following him around to see what he was doing.
The results of this service did not, of course, restore the carpets to new condition. There are a couple of places I can still smell some urine which the previous owners pets sprayed down the wall and into the carpet. The service did make all the difference in being able to occupy the home. Thank you Justin!

Justin came out to my house yesterday to work on badly puppy stained carpets. While I did not expect a miracle, Justin got a remarkable amount of the stains out of the carpeting. He is easy going and good to work with.
I would recommend Zerorez in a flash.

I heard about them on KINK radio, Last year I contacted another company «Sweets Chem Dry» carpet and upholstery cleaning, they called 10 minutes AFTER they were supposed to be at our home, and then said it would be a half an hour longer than that, no apology’s, they acted like it was our fault, we cancelled that appointment.
Now on to 2014 still needing our upholstery cleaned decided to make an appointment with Zerorez and we are SO HAPPY we did.
Not only did they show up on time and called 20 min before he showed up and Skyler explained EVERYTHING in detail, did not try to sell us a service we did not need, did a smashing job !!! cleaned up after himself and was kind, knowledgeable, punctual, professional and respectful. We will only use this company for any cleaning needs in the future. As far as cost? the same or better than their competitors .

Three weeks ago I had half my house cleaned by one of the top rated carpet cleaning companies in Portland, and yesterday, I had the other half cleaned by Zerorez.
I had my doubts about their soap-​free process, but the results are fantastic.
The carpets are clean and soft and dried quickly.
The real kicker is that the technician spot cleaned some high traffic areas that were still stained after the previous cleaning and they came clean! No residual stains and no wicking after the fact either.
Highly recommended.

I had a few pet stains (cat hurl — yuck) on my apartment carpet that I’ve tried to get out for YEARS. Nothing seemed to work, so we covered it up with furniture (classy, I know). Finn and Stacey cleaned our carpets about a month ago and I doubted the stains would come up — but they did!
I had them put stain protector down as well (I have a toddler and my hubby and I are both klutzy). Over the weekend my son knocked a travel mug of coffee on its side and it leaked on the carpet but came right up without leaving behind any evidence.
We’ve lived in this apartment for close to three years and the carpet looks better NOW than it did when we moved in. Three cheers … and five stars! … for Zerorez!
