I am tardy in posting this review. I was influenced by a recent cleaning done by another company. Not only was it substandard, but it was also almost 4 times as much as these guys who do a fantastic job. I will be having them back for a job just before the holidays.

No show, they did not even call.
I had a 12:30 appointment. They called around 11:40 to confirm, I called back around 11:50…then nothing. I called them a number of times, they would not answer, and never called to explain or reschedule. I spent the day waiting for them…

I had my carpets cleaned today by Oxi Klean, and I’m very happy! There was no chemicals, all green and environmentally safe, my carpets came out beautifully, and the two men were efficient, thorough, respectful and considerate!
The best part was I made the appointment yesterday and they came today, it took then about two hours to clean, the carpet took about 30 minutes to dry and then we were back to our normal routine. I will refer Oxi Klean to all of my friends! Plus the price was excellent for all they did! I will be using their services again in the future.
